Cross Country – Competed in five of the six meets during the season, scoring for the team in each ... Opened the season in a 4.9 mile race at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) where he finished 33rd overall and fourth on the team while posting a time fo 26:44 ... Ran the 8k distance for the next three meets, beginning at the Paul Short Run (9/30) where he ran 25:55 to again place fourth for the team ... At the IC4A Championships (10/13), ran a time of 25:37 while finishing 124th overall ... Placed 18th overall and second on the team at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) with a season best of 25:28 ... Concluded season with his first appearance in the 10k at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 32:18 while placing 115th overall and fourth on the team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Ran two 3000s for the Eagles making his season debut at the Spartan Invitational (1/12) finishing eighth in a time of 8:43.84 before setting his season best at the Patriot Games (1/27) with a fifth place finish of 8:36.20. 

Outdoor Track – Saw action in three meets over the course of the season ... Finished second in the 3000m at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20) in a time of 8:47.56 ... Ran his fastest 5000m in an American uniform at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/3-5/4) crossing in 15:06.98. 

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in three events during the season, starting with a 8369m run at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) where he finished 41st overall and second on the team with a 26:45.0 … Set a personal record at the following event in the 8000m with a 24:38.1 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) while finishing 31st overall and second on the team … Capped the season with a 8000m run at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) while finishing 28th overall and second on the team with a 25:40.1.

Indoor Track – Competed in two meets in the 3000m run while setting a personal record of 8:32.82 at the Valentine Invite (2/10).

Outdoor Track – Did not compete.

AT VIRGINIA TECH...
2021 Outdoor - Delivered a time of 14:20.23 in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays.

2021 Indoor - At the ACC Championships posted an indoor best in the 5,000m with a time of 14:30.74 ... Delivered a mile PR of 4:11.44 to finish ninth at the Tiger Paw Invite ... Won the 3,000m at the Doc Hale Elite Meet with a career best time of 8:15.17.

High School: Won the state title at the Class 6 state cross country championships as a senior with a time of 15:21 … Ran the third leg of West Springfield’s 4x800 relay team that won the state championship at the Class 6 state indoor meet his senior season … Was fifth in the 1,600 at the Class 5 state indoor meet as a senior … Won the state title in the 3,200 at the Class 6 state outdoor meet his junior year with a personal-best time of 9:18.27.
