Cross Country - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Competed in four of the team's seven meets during her sophomore season, opening with a 6000m at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25) where she finished 41st overall and eighth for the Eagles in 25:41.90 ... Improved her 6k time at the Paul Short Run (10/1) as AU's seventh finisher in 24:16.10 ... Finished 40th overall and scored as the Eagles' fifth finisher at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/15), crossing in 24:31.10 ... Closed the season at the Patriot League Championships (10/31) where she was sixth on the team and 94th overall in 25:17.60.
Indoor Track -
Competed in one meet during the indoor season, taking 14th at the Bison Opener (12/3) as a member of American's 4x400m team (4:52.98).

Cross Country – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Ran in one meet during the abbreviated spring season … Crossed in 19th overall, ninth for the Eagles, with a final time of 29:34.30 over 6.1k at the Loyola Invitational (2/20).
Indoor Track – Competed in the team’s only competition during the indoor season … Placed 10th individually in the mile run at the PL Indoor Challenge (2/27) with a final time of 5:30.25 … Was also a member of the third place 4x800m relay (9:59.20).
Outdoor Track – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Focused primarily on the 5000m run during the outdoor season … Opened with an 18:32.91 at the Colonial Relays (4/2) to take 17th in the field … Improved on that time during her third and final outing, timing through in 18:31.21 at the Patriot League Championships (4/30).
High School: Competed for Glen Allen HS under coach Jennifer Strojny ... PR's - 11:31 (3200m), 19:25 (5k XC) ... Two-time all-region during indoor track for the 1600m (2018) and 3200m (2019) runs ... All-Region for cross country in 2019 ... All-Region for outdoor in the 3200m (2019) ... Helped lead her team to a fourth-place finish at the 2016 Cross Country state championship meet ... Team finished in the top-three at the regional championships all four years.
