Cross Country – Competed in each of American's six meets starting with the Spider Alumni Open (9/9) where he finished 6th on the team in 19:17 for the 6k run ... Competed in the 8k run for each of the team's next four meets .... Again finished 6th on the team and 36th overall at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) with a time of 26:49 .... Ran a similar time of 26:47 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) ... Set his best time of the season of 25:40 at the IC4A Championships (10/13) while finishing 6th overall in the open race ... Finished 60th overall and 6th on the team at the Patriot league Championships (10/28) ... Wrapped up the season in the 10k at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/10) finishing 141st in a time of 33:06 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Ran in five meets during the season focusing primarily on the mile run ... Opened his season with a new personal best in the 1000m run at the Spartan Invite (1/12) crossing the line in 2:29.09 ... Made season debut in the mile the following meet at the Patriot Games (1/27) with a second place finish crossing in 4:13.72 ... Concluded season with a strong showing at the Patriot League Championships (2/24-2/25) where he ran a season best of 4:09.04 to finish ninth in the prelim and advance to the final before placing sixth overall in the final the next day crossing in 4:15.70 in a tactical final ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Opened season with a seventh place finish in the 1500m at the Fredy Hardy Invitational (3/22) running 3:54.19 ... Ran 4:02.58 in the same event at the Virginia Challenge (4/19-4/20) ... Finished season by setting a personal best of 3:51.25 at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) ... Doubled back to help team to a fifth place finish in the 4x800m with a team time of 7:39.98 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in four events through the season, beginning with an 8000m run at the Paul Short Run (9/30) where he finished 218th overall and eighth on the team with a 26:06.4 … Finished fourth on the team and 110th overall at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) in the 8000m with a 26:06.2 … Placed third on the team and 35th overall in the 8000m at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) with a 25:50.8 … Capped season with a personal record in the 10,000m at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11) with a 31:49.9 while finishing 76th overall and first on the team.

Indoor Track – Raced in seven events while setting new top 10 marks in one individual event and two relay events. Began the season with a first place finish in the mile run during the Bison Opener (12/2) with a 4:17.30 … Notched a personal record in the 1000m run at 2:29.61 and finished second overall during the Spartan Invitational (1/13) while also finishing third in the DMR with a 10:25.79 … Grabbed two top 10 finishes at the Patriot Games (1/27) with a fifth place finish in the mile (4:15.45) and an eighth place finish in the 4X400-meter relay (3:39.57) ... Helped establish the second fastest 4x400-meter relay in program history during the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/25) with a 3:25.25 … Set the seventh fastest personal mark in program history in the mile during the Indoor IC4A/ECAC (3/3) while finishing 13th with a 4:08.72 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor Track – Competed in a variety of events during the season while setting a personal record in the 800m run with a 1:57.18 at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/17) ... Set another personal record while coming in 15th in the 5000m at the Dalton Ebanks Invite (4/8) with a 14:49.21 … Came in second in the 1500 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/22) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2021-22
Cross Country – Had a stellar freshman campaign, including a pair of Patriot League Rookie of the Week nods on Sept. 28 and Oct. 19 ... Finished in the top five for the Eagles in all seven meets, including five top-three finishes ... Opened at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff Invitational (9/2) where he placed 10th overall ... Made his 8000m debut at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (9/10), placing 25th in the field and fourth for the Eagles with a final time of 26:20.90 ... Improved on that time in the next three outings, starting with a 26:11.90 crossing for 13th overall and third for AU at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25) ... Was the third Eagle across the line again at the Paul Short Run (10/1) with a final time of 25:50.50 ... Hit his final PR during the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/15), finishing in 25:26.90 for second on the team and 11th overall ... Placed 65th at the Patriot League Championships (10/31) and was 110th in his 10k debut at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship (11/12), crossing in 33:35.0 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Raced in five meets during the indoor season, focusing primarily on the mile ... Opened with a fourth-place finish at the Bison Opener (12/3) with a final time of 4:28.50 ... Dropped the time throughout the season, including an event victory at the Patriot Games (1/28) with a final time of 4:16.35 ... His first win, though, came the meet prior after he paced the 800m field at the VMI Team Challenge (1/15) ... Crossed in 4:15.94 for the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/11) ... Ran a new PR of 4:13.88 in the preliminary round of the mile at the Patriot League Championships (2/26) to advance into the final where he crossed in ninth overall (4:15.81).

Outdoor Track – Opened the season with an 800m run at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/9) ... Placed ninth in the 1500m at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23) with a final time of 3:55.74 ... Took 16th in the event at the Patriot League Championships (5/6) and helped the 4x800m squad to a fifth-place finish in 7:40.53 ... Closed the season with a 30th-place crossing in the 1500m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/13).
