2023-24
Cross Country – Competed in two races before being sidelined with injury.... Made his collegiate debut at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) while running 19:28 in the 6k run ... Finished fifth on the team and 57th on the team at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) with a time of 26:48 in the 8k run.

Indoor Track – Made his mark on the program all-time lists during the six meets of his freshman campaign ... Earned Patriot League Rookie of the Week honors for his performance at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) where he ran the sixth fastest 800m mark in program history of 1:52.63 with a second place finish ... Ran a PR in the mile at the Fastrack Invite (2/9) crossing in 4:12.48 ... Finished season at the Patriot League Championships (2/23-2/24) with two strong 800m legs and two fifth place finishes in the 4x800m, with a team time of 7:34.62 good for fourth all-time in program history, and the DMR with a team time of 9:59.60 that was American's fifth fastest all-time.

Outdoor Track – Competed at seven meets for the Eagles throughout the season ... Opened with a mark of 3:53.05 in the 1500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) ... Followed it up finishing an 800m in 1:53.60 at Raleigh Relays (3/28-3/30) ... Helped the 4x800m to ninth best mark in program history running 7:32.23 at Penn Relays (4/27) ... Finished 18th in the 1500m at Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) also helping the 4x800m to a fifth place finish ... Concluded season at the IC4A Championship (5/11) in the 800m setting the seventh best mark in program history with a 1:51.24.
