2024-25
Cross Country – Led the Eagles in six of seven meets this season… Opened the season with an 18:41.7 6k at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31), placing 12th… Won the Lafayette Invitational (9/6) with a personal best of 18:11.3 in the 6k… Went up to the 8k, running 25:54 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) to place 43rd… Ran a personal best of 23:55.4 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4) to place 4th… Placed 6th at the IC4A Championships (10/18) with a time of 24:42.1… Ran 24:51.5 at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) to place 33rd… Closed out his season with a PR in the 10k at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), running 31:16.9 to place 57th.

Indoor Track – Second-Team All-Patriot League... Opened his season with a 1k PR of 2:25.33 and contributed to the winning 4x800 relay at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… PRed in the mile in 4:07.26 and ran 1:06.83 in the 500 at the Patriot Games (2/1)… Ran 1:53.15 in the 800 at the Liberty Open (2/8)… Ran a  program record 4:00.60 in the mile at the Valentine Invitational (2/14)… anchored the silver medal DMR and placed sixth in the mile (4:07.69) at the Patriot League Championships (3/1-2)… Won the open mile at the IC4A Championships (3/9) in 4:03.54.

Outdoor Track — First-Team All-Patriot League... Opened his season with a six-second 1500 PR and fourth AU all-time mark of 3:41.90 and ran 1:51.75 in the 800 at the Raleigh Relays (3/27-29)… Lowered his 1500 PR to 3:40.31, a second AU all-time mark and a qualifying time for the NCAA East First Round, at the Virginia Challenge (4/18)… Won gold in the 1500 at the Patriot League Championships (5/2-3), running 3:49.60, and contributed to the sixth place 4x400 relay in a second AU all-time mark of 3:16.39… Won the 1500 at the IC4A Championship (5/17) in 3:42.07… Placed 37th in the 1500 at the NCAA East First Round (5/28) in 3:45.81.

2023-24
Cross Country – Second Team All-Patriot League ... Competed in all six meets for American, pacing the team in four ... Opened his season at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) in the 6k run finishing 22nd overall and second on the team in a time of 18:40 ... Paced American in each of his next four meets were over the 8k distance ... Placed first on the team for the first time in his career at the Navy Cross Country Invitation (9/9) while finishing 12th overall in 25:23 ... Finished 139th overall at the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a time of 25:17 ... Set a personal best of 24:40 at the IC4A Championships (10/13) while finishing 32nd ... Earned second-team honors at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) by running 25:16 and placing 12th overall ... Capped the season at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/10) finishing 87th overall and second on the team while setting a 10k personal record of 31:45 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track –  Second Team All-Patriot League ... Academic All-Patriot League ... Competed in five meets, having a hand in two school records ... Opened season with a 1:05.88 500m dash, finishing fourth, at the Spartan Invitational (1/12) ... Finished 19th at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) in the 800m running a new indoor PR of 1:51.49 ... Won the 600m at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) crossing in 1:20.94 also helping the 4x400m to a win in 3:25.56, the fourth best mark in school history ... Erupted at the Patriot League Championships (2/23-2/24) cruising through to the 800m final where he then finished runner-up with a new school record of 1:48.93 ... Returned at the end of the meet to help secure another school record in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:22.81. 

Outdoor Track –  Started season off strong with a 49.91 400m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) to place himself eighth in school history in the event ... Continued to impress at Raleigh Relays (3/28-3/30) with two new personal records ... Ran 3:47.69 in the 1500m placing him eighth all-time in program history ... Doubled back with an outdoor best of 1:49.09 in the 800m to put him second in school history ... Helped set the ninth best 4x800m in school history at Penn Relays (4/27) with a total time of 7:32.23 ... Concluded season with a seventh place finish in the 800m final at Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) ... Also helped 4x400 to a third place podium finish in a time of 3:17.54 to set the fourth fastest time in school history. 

2022-23
Cross Country – Ran in all six events for the season, beginning with a 6000m run at the Bison Open (9/2) where he finished 20th overall and third on the team with a 19:34.8 … Finished fifth on the team and 72nd overall in a 8369m run at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 27:54.6 … Set a personal record in the 8000m at the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a 24:51.5 while finishing 48th overall and third on the team …Finished second on the team and 75th overall in the 8000m at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) with a 25:38.9 … Ran a 26:03.2 8000m at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) while finishing 43rd overall and fifth on the team … Finished the season with a 32:27.5 in the 10,000m run at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11) while finishing 105th overall and third on the team.

Indoor Track – Ran a variety of events with a primary focus on the 800m run where he set the second fastest individual mark in program history at the Valentine Invite (2/10) with a 1:51.42 … Also took first place in the 800m during the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/19) with a 1:51.45 … Set the second fastest individual mark in program history for the 500m run during the Spartan Invitational (1/13) while finishing first with a 1:05.34 … Helped establish the fourth fastest program mark for the 4x400m relay with a 3:28.27 while finishing third at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/19) ... Also finished in first place at the Spartan Invitational in the DMR with a 10:08.82 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Ran the fourth fastest 800m in program history with a 1:50.37 at the IC4A Championships (5/13) while coming in fifth … Anchored the seventh fastest 4x400m relay time in program history with a 3:19.48 at the Patriot League Championships (5/6) ... Also anchored the fastest 4x800m relay in program history with a 7:25.46 while coming in fourth at the IC4A Championships (5/14) and the sixth fastest mark with a 7:29.93 at the Penn Relays (4/29) ... Ran the third leg for the seventh fastest DMR in program history with a 10:06.19 at the Colonial Relays (4/1) to come in third … Added a personal record in the 200m dash with a 26.17 while coming in 22nd at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/17) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
