Cross Country – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Scored for the Eagles both times out during the shortened spring season … Opened at the Loyola Invitational (2/20) where he was 13th across the line, fifth for the team, in 26:10.50 for 6.1k … He was fifth for the Eagles again, and 46th overall, at the Patriot League Championships (3/5) with a final time of 24:32.0 over 4.7-miles.
Indoor Track – Did not compete.
Outdoor Track – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Had a breakout season during the outdoor slate, continually improving on his 800m best before closing as one of AU’s scorers at the Patriot League Championships (4/30) … Made his outdoor 800m debut with a 1:57.66 performance at the Colonial Relays (4/2) to take 20th in the field … He was also a member of the fourth place DMR squad at the meet, hitting the ninth fastest time in program history in 10:16.93 … Continued to improve on his 800m time throughout the season, closing with a PR of 1:54.05 to take sixth in the Patriot League Championships final … Also scored with the men’s 4x400m relay at the PL Championship meet, hitting 3:28.12 for seventh in the field.
2019-20
Cross Country - Ran in all but one meet during his debut season, opening with the 8000m run at the Mason Invitational (9/13) where he finished 55th overall and 7th for the Eagles in 28:04.90 ... Shaved almost 30 seconds off that time in his next outing with a 27:36.10 finish at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/20) for 55th overall ... Was a consistent scorer for the Eagles in the last four meets of the season, starting with a PR performance at the Paul Short Run (10/5), knocking over a minute off his previous 8k best with a 26:11.0 crossing for 171st overall and 5th on the team ... He was the 5th Eagle across the line, 73rd overall, at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) with a final time of 27:48.30 ... Ended the season at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/15) where he was 113th overall and 3rd on the squad, navigating his first 10,000m run in 33:04.50.
Indoor Track - Focused on the 800m and mile runs during the indoor season ... Opened with a season-best 4:33.55 finish in the mile at the Bison Opener (12/7) to take fourth in the field ... His season-best in the 800m also came out of his first showing in the event after he paced through in 1:57.21 to take 2nd at the Patriot Games (1/24) ... Closed the season at the Patriot League Championships (2/29) with a 14th place finish in the 800m ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
High School: 2018 New Balance Outdoor All-American in the 4xMile Relay ... New Jersey Group 4 State Champion in the 4x800m Relay.
