Cross Country – Opened his senior season with a 6k personal best of 20:00.5 at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6), placing 50th… Went up to the 8k, setting a personal best of 25:05.9 to place 54th at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4)... Placed 132nd at the IC4A Championships (10/18) with a time of 26:28.0… Closed out his season at the Patriot League Championships (11/2), where he placed 77th in 25:51.1... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Second-Team All-Patriot League... Ran a 500 meter PR of 1:08.49 at the Patriot Games (2/1)… PRed in the mile at the Liberty Open (2/8) with a time of 4:15.52… Improved upon his personal best with a time of 4:15.04 at the Valentine Invitational (2/14)… PRed in the mile again at the Patriot League Championships (3/1), running 4:13.28, and contributed to the silver medal DMR and 4th place 4x800 relay.

Outdoor Track — Opened his season with a five-second PR and third AU all-time 3k steeplechase performance of 9:14.12 and ran a 5k PR of more than a minute in the 5k (14:51.71) at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21)… Lowered his steeple PR to 9:13.52 and ran a 1500 PR of 3:51.80 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 9:17.73 in the steeple at the Virginia  Challenge (4/18)… Placed sixth in the steeple in a PR of 9:13.22 and placed 28th in the 5k in 15:28.73 at the Patriot League Championships (5/3)… Closed out his season at the IC4A Championships (5/17), where he won the open mile in a PR of 4:13.50 and ran 9:20.72 in the steeple… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – Competed in three meets during the season, opening with a 4k at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) where he ran a time of 21:15 ... Returned a week later to run 30:32 over 4.9 miles at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) ... Wrapped season with a 62nd overall finish in the open 8k at the IC4A Championships (10/13) while finishing in 27:08 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
 
Indoor Track – Ran in six meets during junior campaign ... Opened season with a second place finish in the mile at the Spartan Invitational (1/12) running 4:18.36 ... Followed-up with PR of 2:28.07 in the 1000m at the Patriot Games (1/27) in a third place finish ... Lowered that mark to 2:27.85 at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) improving to 10th all-time in school history ...  Moved up to fourth at the Fastrack National Invite (2/9) crossing in 2:26.19 ... Served as a relay specialist at the Patriot League Championships (2/23-2/24) helping set the fourth best time in program history of 7:34.63 in the 4x800m and fifth best in the DMR with a mark of 9:59.60 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor Track – Focused on the 3000m Steeplechase in each of his four meets ... Won his season opener at the Fred Hardy Inviational (3/22) crossing in 9:37.77 ... Finished fifth in 9:33.12 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20) ... Concluded season with a 11th place finish at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) in a personal record 9:19.24 that was the fourth fastest in program history ... At the same meet helped the 4x800m to a fifth place finish in a team time of 7:39.98 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23
Cross Country – Ran five events during his sophomore season, beginning with a 6000m run at the Bison Open (9/2) where he finished 49th overall and ninth on the team with a 20:51.5 … Finished seventh on the team and 86th overall at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) in the 8369m with a 29:10.7 … Posted a personal record for the 8000m at the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a 26:44.8 while finishing 274th overall and 10th on the team … Capped his season at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) in the 8000m with a 27:14.5 while finishing 83rd overall and 10th on the team.

Indoor Track – Established three personal records while competing in four different events across the season … Finished in eighth in the 1000m run at the Patriot Games (1/27) while setting a personal record of 2:32.01 … Established a personal record in the mile while finishing fourth at the Bison Opener (12/2) with a 4:28.13 … Set a personal record in the 3000m run with a 8:56.39 during the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/25).

Outdoor Track – Set three personal records while putting his name in the Eagles’ record book twice … Set the fifth fastest 3000m steeplechase in program history with a 9:29.44 while coming in 17th at the IC4A Championships (5/13) ... Set a personal record in the 1500m run at the Dalton Ebanks Invite (4/8) with a 4:01.25 … Finished in 41st place at the Patriot League Championships (5/6) while setting a personal record of 16:06.62 … Helped set the program record for fastest 4x1500m relay as the second leg at the Colonial Relays (4/1) with a 16:22.53.

2021-22
Cross Country – Did not compete ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
 
Indoor Track – Had his first race as an Eagle at the Bison Opener (12/3) where he was ninth in the 3000m ... Was a member of the sixth-place DMR at the Patriot Games (1/28) ... Closed the season with a 15th-place finish in the 800m at the Patriot League Championships (2/26).
 
Outdoor Track – Opened his outdoor campaign with a 10th-place finish with the 4x400m squad at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) ... Closed the season with back-to-back 3000m steeplechase appearances, starting with a 19th-place finish at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/9) with a final time of 10:22.38 ... Shaved some time off that performance at the Patriot League Championships (4/23), pacing through in 10:18.09 to take 11th overall.
