Indoor Track – Opened his season at the VMI Team Challenge (1/15), placing fourth in the 3000m with a final time of 8:46.29 ... Nearly matched that at the Patriot Games (1/28), placing 10th in 8:47.03 ... Earned a new 3k PR at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/11), crossing in 8:32.98 for 28th in the field ... Outdoor Track – Closed his stellar senior campaign with five meets during the outdoor season, including the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/13) ... Opened at the Colonial Relays (3/31) with a 15th-place finish in the 1500m (3:58.85) and a fourth-place finish with the men's DMR (10:07.14) ... Shattered his 5k PR at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/9), finishing in 14:38.54 for eighth overall ... Added another PR the next time out, placing third in the 1500m at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23) with a 3:52.22 crossing ... Outdoor Track – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Opened the season with the first of three 1500m runs, taking 31st at the Colonial Relays (4/2) … He was also a member of the fourth place DMR squad at the Colonial Relays, hitting the ninth fastest time in AU history, 10:15.93 … His lone 1500m run came from the JMU Invitational (4/17) where he placed 15th … Closed with a season best in the 1500m at the Patriot League Championships (4/30), just missing his PR with a 4:02.43 finish for 16th overall.

Cross Country - Opened his sophomore campaign with a top-10 finish at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals (8/30), placing 7th overall and leading the Eagles for the first time in his career with a 15:47.61 finish ... He was third on the team and 35th overall at the Mason Invitational (9/13), pacing through in 27:06.60 over 8000m ... Final meet before being sidelined by injury was the VT Alumni Invitational where he placed 40th overall and 4th for AU with a new 6000m PR of 26:30.20 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Cross Country - Scored in one meet during his freshman campaign ... Made his Eagle debut at the Bison Invitational (8/31) before taking on the 8400-meter course at the Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/7) ... Was fifth on the team during the Paul Short Run (9/29), pacing through in 26:38 for 8k ... Was seventh on the squad at both the Princeton Invitational (10/12) and the Patriot League Championships (10/27).
Indoor Track - Opened at the Navy Winter Invitational (12/1) ... Earned a 10th-place finish at the Patriot Games (1/25) before ending the season at the VMI Winter Relays (2/8) with a 6th-place crossing in the 1000m run.
Outdoor Track - Focused on the 1500m and 3000m runs during the outdoor season ... Opened with a 4th-place finish in the 3k at the Shamrock Invitational (3/16) and took 5th at the Navy Spring Invitational (3/30) in the 1500m.
