2011-12: Given the men’s team’s Team Award for best exemplifying the qualities of teamwork, dedication, spirit and selflessness … came in 20th place in the 50 free (21.46) at the Patriot League Championships … also recorded a 23rd place result in the 100 fly (52.35) and a 25th-place effort in the 100 free (48.04) … finished in seventh place in the 200 free (1:51.75) at the James Madison quad-meet … honored on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the fourth straight year.

2010-11: Named 2010-11 men’s swimming and diving “Iron Eagle” for his strength and conditioning work … recorded lifetime-best swims at the Patriot League Championships, including a 47.45 first leg of the 400 free relay, a 21.60 while leading off the 200 free relay, and a 1:47.62 in the 200 free ... swam a 46.77 while anchoring the fourth-place 400 medley relay and a 1:44.65 during his leg of the 800 free relay … recorded personal-bests in the 100 butterfly (54.98) at the Bison Invitational and the 100 backstroke (55.17) at the Patriot Invitational … competed in his first individual collegiate final in the 100 freestyle (47.86) at the Patriot Invite … finished third in the 100 freestyle versus George Washington and Catholic, and third in the 50 free against Florida International and LSU … named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for the third consecutive season ... earned Dean’s List in both the fall and spring semesters.

2009-10: Recorded personal-best times in the 50 free (22.03) and the 100 free (48.20) at the Patriot League Championships… also competed in the 200 free, registering a season-best time of 1:49.37 at the PLs … member of the 400 free relay team at the PLs … placed on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for a second time ... earned Dean''s List honors in both the fall and spring semesters.

2008-09: Named team''s Rookie of the Year ... swam personal-best times in the 50 free (22.21), 100 free (49.20) and 200 free (1:48.20) at the Patriot League Championships ... anchored fifth place 200 free relay at PLs ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... qualified for Dean’s List in the spring semester.

High School: Swam for Mishawaka Marian High School as a freshman, junior, and senior … swam for Penn Aquatics/PRO his sophomore year ... named team captain and MVP as a senior ... holds school records in the 100 free, 50 free, and two relays … named all-conference second team in the 100 freestyle and 400 free relay while earning all-conference honorable mention in the 200 free relay his senior season ... top individual points scorer during his junior and senior seasons ... multiple state and zone qualifier ... member of broadcast club, student ambassadors, French club, and mock trial.

Personal: Son of Rick and Mo ... has two siblings, Meeghan and Billy ... sister was a member of the University of Notre Dame crew team ... majoring in public communications and psychology.
