2019-20 (Junior) - Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll... Was part of the school-record setting 800 freestyle relay team (7:35.92) at the 2020 Patriot League Championships... Recorded the seventh-fastest personal best in program history in the 200 individual medley at the Patriot Invitational (2:06.55), placing seventh... Recorded the 13th-fastest personal best in program history in the 200 fly at the PL meet (2:09.40)... Swam all three of the best team times in the 200 IM as a junior, and the top two in the 400 IM... Placed ninth in the 400 IM at the Patriot Invitational in a season-best time of 4:31.58, 11th-best in program history.

2018-19 (Sophomore) - Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll... Part of the seventh-place 800 free relay team at the Patriot League Championships that swam a time of 7:36.91 to rank third all-time in program history... Posted a season-best time of 1:56.40 in the 200 free at the Mason Invitational... Took first place in the 1,000 free vs. Howard/Manhattan in a season-best time of 11:08.74... Posted the team's third-best time of the season in the 200 fly (2:12.59) and the team's second-best time of the season in the 400 IM (4:39.45 at the Patriot League Championships).

2017-18 (Freshman) - Scored an individual point for the Eagles at the 2018 Patriot League Championship at Navy … Finished in 16th place in the 400 IM at PLs, recording best time of season (4:32.04) … held top 3 marks for the Eagles over the season ... competed in the 200 Fly at PLs posting best time of season (2:09.66) … swam in the 200 IM at PLs finishing with a time of 2:08.11 … finished the 100 Free (54.11) at the ECAC Winter Championships, seasons best time … posted best in 500 free (5:11:06) at ECAC  … finished in 5th in the 200 back (2:08.60) at the ECAC Winter Championships … competed in other events over the season: 200 free (1:56.92), 1,000 Free (11:03.84), 100 Fly (59.49).

Before AU - Awarded Most Outstanding Female Swimmer of the Year in 2015, 2016, and 2017 at Bishop McGuinness HS... Finished top four in the NCHSAA 1A... Awarded the MVP at High Point Swim Club (coach Aaron Reeves)… Member of the National Honor Society, Principal’s List and was yearbook editor during high school.

Personal - Daughter of Melody and Craig Hamlet… Her father played football at the University of North Carolina… Has two brothers, Matthew and Thomas… Thomas is a swimmer at NC State... Is majoring in public relations and strategic communications... Had an internship at Animal Rescue in the summer of 2019... Has made the Dean's List in all four semesters so far.
