2024-25 (Junior) - Winner of the C-final in the 200 breaststroke at the 2025 Patriot League Championships, coming in 17th (2:21.58)... Also a C-finalist in the 100 breaststroke in the same meet taking 19th (1:05.15)... Earned the sixth-place spot in the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke on the AU All-Time Top 16 List… Earned a relay spot in the third-ranked 400 medley relay on the AU All-Time Top 16 List… Dean’s List member in the Fall 2024 semester.

2023-24 (Sophomore) - Won the C final of the 100 breaststroke at the 2024 Patriot League Championship, placing 17th in a time of 1:04.65 that ranks sixth all-time among personal bests in program history… Was a B finalist in the 200 breaststroke, finishing 13th at the PL Championships… Was part of the school record-setting 200 medley relay at the PL Championships... Earned a second-place finish in the 50 meter breaststroke at Mount St. Mary’s… Also took second place in the 200 breaststroke against UMBC… Went 2:21.95 in the 200 breaststroke at the George Mason Patriot Invitational to rank sixth all-time among PRs at American... Personal-best times were 1:04.65 (100 breaststroke), 2:21.95 (200 breaststroke), and 2:10.40 (200 IM)... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 (Freshman) - Recorded the 13th-fastest personal best in program history in the 100 breaststroke at 1:06.26 at the PL Championships… Swam the eighth-fastest personal best in program history in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:23.11 at the George Mason Invitational… Swam the anchor leg for the 400 free relay team that finished third against Georgetown… Other top times included 25.94 (50 free), 2:05.04 (200 free) and 2:10.73 (200 IM)... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Before AU – Swam for Aquajets… Was named to club national team… Personal best in 100 breaststroke is 1:05.77, 200 breaststroke is 2:22.50, 200 medley is 2:10.72 and 400 medley is 4:37.25.
 
Personal – Parents are Brian and Anna Netz… Majoring in psychology… Enjoys baking, traveling and lifeguarding.
