2024-25 (Freshman) - Secured five first-place finishes throughout the dual meet season in four different events… Earned a first-place finish in the 500 freestyle against ODU… Earned two first-place finishes against Howard in the 500 freestyle and 400 IM… Earned a first-place finish in the 200 freestyle at Catholic… Earned her first ever collegiate win in the 1000 freestyle at Loyola Maryland… Part of the school record-setting 800 freestyle relay team at the 2025 Patriot League Championships… Finished 13th at the 2025 Patriot League Championship in the 1,650 freestyle (17:15.68)... Has secured five individual spots on the AU All-Time Top 16 List in the 500, 1000, 1650 freestyles, 200 breaststroke, and 400 IM… Dean’s List member in the Fall 2024 semester.

Before AU – Swam for the Birmingham Blue Dolphins (coaches Rick Dylewski and Peter Leonhardt)... Earned four letters as a swimmer… Recognized as MHSAA All-State and All-League… YMCA Nationals qualifier… Four-time Scholar Athlete… Member of National Honors Society… Academic All-American and Academic All-State… Three-time Bloomfield Hills HS swimmer of the year… Bloomfield Hills HS swim and dive team captain.

Personal – Parents are Sara and James Bicos… Mother competed in fencing for Northwestern University… Works as a swim coach in the summer… Chose American because of the amazing team atmosphere and overall sense of community, not only on the swim and dive team, but also on the campus; also, the beautiful campus right in the city offers a lot of opportunities… Majoring in neuroscience.
