2025-26 (Sophomore) – Winner of the 2025-26 Most Improved Award for AU Swimming & Diving… Finished 15th with a personal best time of 4:31.60 to rank 14th in program history in the B-final of the 400 IM at the 2026 Patriot League Championships, where she also finished 20th in the C-final of the 200 fly… Finished fifth in the A-final of the 200 fly with a time that ranks 10th in program history (2:05.97) at the George Mason Invitational, where she also scored points in the 400 IM and the 1650 free… Won the 200 fly against UMBC and the 1000 free against Catholic during the dual meet season… Fall 2025 Dean’s List member. 

2024-25 (Freshman) - Was a C-finalist in the 200 fly at the 2025 Patriot League Championships, taking 20th (2:09.04)… Took second in two events throughout the dual meet season, her first against UMBC in the 200 fly and her second against Catholic inthe 500 free... Secured the 16th spot in the 400 IM (4:34.16) on the AU All-Time Top 16 list... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before AU – Swam for SOLO Aquatics (coach Harrison Hollingsworth)... Career bests include 2:07.04 in 200 fly, 4:34.02 in 400 IM, 57.50 in 100 fly, 5:08.86 in 500 free, 17:38.92 in 1650 free… Futures qualifier… School record holder in the 100 fly… SOLO Aquatics National Team member… Recognized as a Top 10 New England Swimmer… Member of National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, and Rho Kappa Social Studies Honor Society.

Personal – Parents are Jennifer Beland-Mosher and Benjamin Mosher… Loves to go to the beach, hike with their dogs and biking… Chose American because of the amazing and welcoming team atmosphere and the academic opportunities, especially being in D.C…Majoring in political science.
