High School: Pioneer Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference All-Star selection… School record-holder in multiple events… Team captain for two years… Team 2026 D1 MIAA State Championship runners-up… Team 2026 MIAA Central West Swim and Dive Championships runners-up… National Honor Society member.
Personal: Parents are Greg and Sheffra Spiridopoulos… Grandfather Jim played and coached basketball at DeMatha High School and was named Virginia Coach of the Year in 1998… Junior coach for Amherst Tritons Swim Team… Volunteers at Amherst Survival Center… Enjoys sports photography and waterskiing… Owns three cats… Plans to major in data sciences for justice & law and criminology at AU.
Why I Chose AU: “The team has a really great culture and I have a lot of family ties in DC, and I visited the city a lot growing up. I loved the campus and school and especially the museums!”
