Cross Country – Opened his season at the Paul Short Run (10/3), running 26:00.1 for 8k to place 95th in the Brown Race… Ran 26:04.3 at the IC4A Championships (10/17) to place 92nd… Placed 43rd in 25:54.1 and was the Eagles’ fifth scorer at the Patriot League Championships (10/31)… Placed 143rd at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/14), running 32:47.6 for 10k.

Indoor Track – Opened his season running 4:21.30 in the mile at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/17)… Ran a 1,000 meter PR of 2:32.80 to place fifth at the George Mason Patriot Games (1/31)… Ran 8:50.84 in the 3k at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/13) and contributed to AU’s seventh all-time 4x400 in 3:27.55… Placed second in the 800 in a PR of 1:55.14 and contributed to AU’s seventh all-time 4x400 relay in 3:26.72 at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational (2/20)… Contributed to AU’s fifth-place 4x800 relay in 7:36.28 and the eighth AU all-time 4x400 relay in 3:27.18 at the Patriot League Championships (2/28-3/1).

Outdoor Track – Opened his season running a 1500 PR of 3:59.70, ran 1:58.17 in the 800, and contributed to the 4x400 relay in 3:28.29 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/20)… Ran an 800 PR of 1:54.08 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/3)… Ran a 1500 PR of 3:55.02 at the Virginia Challenge (4/17)… Placed 18th in the 800 in 1:54.71 at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/1)… Placed 15th in the 1500 in a PR of 3:53.41 and contributed to AU’s bronze medal 4x800 relay in 7:31.11 at the Patriot League Championships (5/15).

2024-25
Cross Country – Opened the season with a 40th place finish at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31), running 19:23.0 for 6k… Ran a personal best 19:02.6 6k at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6) to place 20th… Went up to the 8k, placing 114th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) in 26:56… Ran a personal best of 24:50.9 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4) to place 38th… Placed 81st at the IC4A Championships (10/18) with a time of 25:56.4… Ran 25:29.9 at the Patriot League Championships (11/2), placing 56th… Completed his first collegiate season racing his first 10k in 31:35.5 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), placing 72nd... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Ran a mile PR of 4:18.91 and contributed to the winning 4x800 relay at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Ran 4:19.53 for the mile at the Patriot Games (2/1)…  Ran a 3k PR of 8:30.58 at the Liberty Open (2/8)… Lowered his 3k PR to 8:23.29 at the Valentine Invitational (2/14)… Contributed to the 4th place 4x800 relay and the 4x400 relay at the Patriot League Championships (3/1-2).

Outdoor Track — Ran a PR of 3:57.69 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invite (3/21)… Did not compete for the remainder of the season due to injury… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
