Cross Country – Competed in four events during the season, beginning with a 6k at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) where he finished 117th with a time of 20:55 ... Ran the 8k for his other three meets starting with a 28:02 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) ... Ran a season's best of 26:17 at the IC4A Championships (10/13) ... Placed 102nd at the Patriot League Championship (10/28) where he ran 28:53.

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in four events during the season, beginning with a 6000m run at the Bison Open (9/2) where he finished 37th overall and seventh on the team with a 20:12.6 … Finished 87th overall and eighth on the team in a 8369m run at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 29:42.5 … Finished ninth on the team and 232nd overall in the 8000m at the Paul Short Run (9/30) ... Ended the season with a 8000m run at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (9/30) where he finished 95th overall and third on the team with a 25:55.7 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Concentrated on the mile run through the season and set the eighth fastest mark in program history with a 4:08.84 while finishing in 15th at the Indoor IC4A/ECAC (3/3) ... Helped establish the fourth fastest program mark for the 4x400m relay with a 3:28.27 while finishing third at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/19) ... Also helped set the ninth fastest mark in program history in the DMR with a 10:04.06 and fourth place finish at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/25) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor Track – Helped establish three new program bests in relays through the season, including the fastest ever 4x800m relay with a 7:25.46 while finishing fourth at the IC4A Championships (5/14) and the sixth fastest time in the same event with a 7:29.93 at the Penn Relays (4/29) ... Also ran the leadoff for the seventh fastest DMR with a 10:06.19 while finishing third at the Colonial Relays (4/1) ... Also set a personal record in the 200m dash with a 25.79 while finishing 20th at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/17) ... Followed up with a personal record 1500m run and a sixth place finish at eh Colonial Relays while following that up with a fourth place finish in the same event at the Dalton Ebanks Invite (4/8) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-22
Cross Country – Ran in five of the seven meets during the season, scoring in two ... Earned his first points at the Paul Short Run (10/1), crossing the line with a season-best time of 26:48.0 as the fifth Eagle ... Was fourth for the team, 25th overall at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/15) ... Finished at the Patriot League Championships (10/31) where he was 86th overall.
 
Indoor Track – Focused primarily on the mile during the indoor season, starting with a second-place finish at the Bison Opener (12/3) with a final time of 4:24.81 ... Cut that time down to 4:23.03 for ninth at the Patriot Games (1/28), then again at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/11) where he picked up a season-best 4:22.18 ... Also placed ninth with the 4x400m (3:41.83) at the Patriot Games ... Closed the season at the Patriot League Championships (2/26) with a fourth-place finish with the DMR (10:13.04) and seventh-place finish with the 4x800m (7:51.30) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
Outdoor Track – Raced in the 1500m in five of his six meets during the outdoor season, including the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/13) ... Opened with an 11th-place finish in 3:58.77 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) ... Also placed ninth with the 4x400m (3:36.67) ... Cut down to 3:54.34 at the Colonial Relays (3/31) and helped the DMR to a fourth-place finish with a final time of 10:07.14 ... Placed 12th at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/9) in 3:52.53 ... Made his outdoor 800m debut at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23), placing fourth in 1:51.63 ... 2020-21
Cross Country – Scored for the Eagles both times out during the shortened spring campaign … Opened with an 11th place overall finish, fourth on the squad, at the Loyola Invitational (2/20), crossing in 24:28.50 over 6.1k … Was third across the line for the Eagles, 39th overall, at the Patriot League Championships (3/5) with a final time of 23:44.30 over 4.7 miles ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor Track – Focused on the 1500m throughout the outdoor slate, opening with a 3:59.39 performance to take ninth at the Colonial Relays (4/2) … He was also a member of the fourth place DMR team at the Colonial Relays, hitting the ninth-fastest time in program history with a 10:16.93 … Earned a PR of 3:53.43 to take 29th at the prestigious Virginia Challenge (4/16) … Closed the season at the Patriot League Championships (4/30) with a seventh-place finish in the 1500m (3:56.37) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2019-20
Cross Country - Had a breakout freshman campaign, consistently finishing within the top-three for the Eagles in all seven meets ... Opened with a 27th place finish at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals (8/30), taking 3rd on the team ... Was the 2nd Eagle across the line for the remainder of the season, including his first career 8000m run at the Mason Invitational (9/13) where he paced through in 26:32.80 for 20th overall ... Cut that time down to 25:55.50 at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/20) for 24th ... Followed that up with a PR at the Paul Short Run (10/5), navigating the elite field in 25:18.80 for 42nd ... He was 47th at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) before bumping up for his first 10,000m at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/15), placing 99th overall in 32:38.0 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track - Focused mostly on the mile during the indoor season, starting with his first individual win at the Bison Opener (12/7) where he paced the field in 4:26.82 ...
