2009-10: Competed at the Navy Invitational andthe Blue & Gold Invitational during the cross country season… ran a season best 2:33.54 in the 800m at the MarylandIndoor Invitational.

2008-09: Recorded the second fastest indoor 500meter in program history … part of 4x400 team that ranks onAU’s top-10 list … ran a personal best in the 6k witha time of 27:59:00 … posted a career best time of 30:11.00in the 8k … sprinted to a personal best in the indoor 400meter dash with a time of 1:05.78 at the Navy 4-Way meet…posted a career best in the 500 meter run with a time of 1:27.35… ran a personal best in the 800 meter run with a time of2:24.26 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships.
