Cross Country — Scored for the Eagles in every meet she competed in this season… Opened the season with a 14:55.7 4k for 33rd place at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31)... Ran a personal best of 19:01.0 in the 5k at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6) to place 22nd… Went up to the 6k for the remainder of the season, placing 74th at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4) with a personal best time of 23:17.0… PRed again at the ECAC Championships (10/18), placing 98th in 23:08.8… Completed her season with another personal best of 22:41.1 at the Patriot League Championships (11/2).

Indoor Track — Opened her season in a 37-second personal best of 17:50.69 in the 5k at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Ran a PR of 5:16.41 in the mile at the Patriot Games (2/1)… PRed in the 3k at the Liberty Open (2/8) with a time of 10:23.32… Placed 19th in the 5k at the Patriot League Championships (3/1) in 18:14.72… Came back to place 27th in the 3k at PLs (3/2) in 10:35.94.

Outdoor Track — Opened her season in an outdoor 5k PR of 18:22.62 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21)… Went down to the 1500 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5), running a PR of 4:51.18… PRed in the 5k at the Virginia Challenge (4/18) with a time of 17:58.45… Ran a 10th AU all-time performance of 38:03.99 in her debut of the 10k at the Patriot League Championships (5/2), placing 11th… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – Ran in two 6ks for the team during the season ... Ran 25:39 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) ... Capped her season finishing 51st overall in the open race at the IC4A Championships (10/13) with a season best of 25:17. 

Indoor Track – Focused on the 3000m for all but one of her five meets ... Opened at the Spartan Invite (1/13) with a 10:52.28 ... Finished fourth at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) in a season best 10:44.17 ... Finished season at Patriot League Championships (2/24) running 10:57.44. 

Outdoor Track –  Competed in three meets throughout the season ... Opened with a personal best in the 1500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) crossing in 5:04.25 ... Set another personal best in the 5000m running 18:27.39 at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6). 
 
2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in five meets during the season, starting with a 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2) where she finished 16th overall and third on the team with a 15:06.4… Finished 67th overall and third on the team in the 6000m at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 23:42.3… Improved at the next meet to set a personal record of 23:39.7 6000m at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (9/30) while finishing 161st overall and fourth on the team… Finished 82nd overall and ninth on the team at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) with a 6000m run of 24:02.6… Capped season at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11) with a 6000m run of 24:27.8 while finishing 179th overall and sixth on the team.

Indoor Track – Competed in four meets during the season… Set a personal record in the mile with a 5:23.06 while coming in 10th at the Spartan Invitational (1/13)... Earned a second place finish in the mile at the Bison Opener (2/2)... Secured another personal record in the 3000m run with a 10:34.80 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/25) while coming in 27th… Helped the Eagles’ DMR team finish in fourth at the Spartan Invitational.

Outdoor Track – Ran once in the season, setting a personal record in the 5000m run at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/17) with a 18:51.97 while finishing 17th.

High School: Competed for Eastern Regional High School … Was a two-time varsity letter recipient for cross country, two-time letter recipient for winter track, two-time recipient for spring track … PR’s – 19:00.81 (5k) senior year at Olympic conference championships placing third and 12:20 (cross country 2 mile) placing 5th place. Holds the Eastern Regional High School record for indoor 3200m for with a time of 11:18.14 and indoor 1600m with a time of 5:19.6; earned while competing at NJSIAA meet of champions. Outdoor 11:13.1 (3200m) and 5:12.02 (1600m) … Second team all-conference in the 3200m as a junior, first team All-Conference as a senior XC, and second team all-conference in the 3200m as a senior.
