Went up to the 6k for the remainder of the season, placing 193rd at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) with a time of 26:23… Ran 24:36.5 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4) to place 149th… Placed 210th at the ECAC Championships (10/18) with a time of 25:00.2… Completed her season at the Patriot League Championships (11/2), placing 94th with a season best of 24:05.0.

Indoor Track — Opened in a 10:49.82 3k at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Ran a PR of 5:30.71 in the mile at the Patriot Games (2/1)… Ran 10:47.89 in the 3k at the Liberty Open (2/8)… Ran another 3k at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/21), running 11:11.16… Ran 10:51.47 to place 31st in the 3k at the Patriot League Championships (3/2).

Outdoor Track — Opened her season at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21), running 18:53.28 for 5k… Ran a season best 18:31.35 in the 5k at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 19:08.25 at the Virginia Challenge (4/18).

2023-24
Cross Country – Competed in five of the team's six meets ... ran the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) with a time of 16L16, placing 89th ... Moved up to the 6k for the rest of the season starting at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) where she ran 24:40 while placing fifth on the team and 44th overall ... Ran a season best of 24:22 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) while finishing 131st in the open race ... Finished in 242nd while running 24:44 at the IC4A Championships (10/13) ... Concluded season at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) where she finished 95th while running 26:37. 

Indoor Track – Focused on the 3000m in four of her five meets ... Set a season best of 10:36.29 at Fastrack National Invitational (2/9) ... Ran mile for the first time in her career running 5:35.36 at Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) ... Concluded season at the Patriot League Championships (2/24) in the 3000m crossing in 10:40.53 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Competed in four meets during sophomore campaign ... Set a season best in the 5000m of 18:57.37 at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6) ... Finished seventh in the 3000m at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20) in a time of 11:13.65 ... Concluded season with another 5000m at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) this time finishing in 18:58.77 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Cross Country – Ran in all six meets of the season, opening with a 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2) while finishing 27th overall and ninth on the team with a 15:25.5… Finished 69th overall and fourth on the team at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) 6000m run with a 23:59.3… Set a 6000m personal record the following meet at the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a 23:26.4 while finishing 195th overall and seventh on the team… Finished seventh on the team and 192nd overall at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) with a 6000m run of 24:06.3… Posted a 6000m run of 23:33.6 at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) while finishing 70th overall and sixth on the team… Finished season with a 6000m run at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11) with a 24:01.2 while finishing 164th overall and fourth on the team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Competed in the 3000m run in four events during her freshman season… Finished in seventh at the Bison Opener (12/2), 12th at the Patriot Games (1/27) and 24th at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/25)... Set a personal record, though, at the Fastrack National Invitational (2/10) with a 10:27.50 while coming in eighth.

Outdoor Track – Set three personal records while also helping post the third fastest 4x1500m relay time in program history with a 20:24.48 while placing 12th at the Colonial Relays (4/1)... First personal record fell at the Colonial Relays (3/31) as she posted a 4:59.09… Placed 33rd at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/22) in the 3000m run while setting a personal record of 10:20.77… Notched another personal record in the 5000m run with a 18:11.44 while placing 16th at the Dalton Ebanks Invite (4/8).

High School: Competed for Lincoln High School … A four-time recipient of the Principal Honor Award … A four-time letter winner in Cross Country … PR’s – 18:52 (5k), 5:15 (1600m), 11:20 (3200m) … A three-time All-League honors recipient … Is the Lincoln High School record holder in the 1600m, 3200m, and 5k events
