Cross Country – Continued to lead the team in all seven meets of their junior season ... Opened with a second-place finish at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff Invitational (9/2) ... Finished in eighth at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (9/10), just missing a new PR with a 25:10.80 crossing ... Registered another second-place finish at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25) before earning a new PR of 24:49.70 at the Paul Short Run (10/1) to take 105th in the field ... Crossed with one final top-10 individual performance at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/15), closing the regular-season with a ninth-place overall finish ... Placed 38th at the Patriot League Championships (10/31) then 54th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Championships (11/12) with a final 10k time of 32:12.50 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Cross Country – First Team All-Patriot League … Academic All-Patriot League ... Led the team both times out during the shortened spring season … Clocked through with the first individual victory of his career at the Loyola Invitational (2/20), leading the field through 6.1k with a final time of 22:14.60 … Returned to earn their first career All-Patriot League finish at the conference championship meet (3/5), placing seventh overall in 22:07.40 over 4.7 miles ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor Track – Academic All-Patriot League …  Had a breakout outdoor campaign, starting with their 10,000m debut which put them in sixth in the AU record books after he crossed in 30:16.10 to take ninth at the Colonial Relays (4/2) … Ran just off that a couple of weeks later, placing 21st at the prestigious Virginia Challenge (4/16) in 30:22.30 … Also took to the track for a pair of 5000m runs, starting with a fifth-place finish at the Patriot League Championships (4/30) in 14:36.56 … Nudged just under that in their season finale at the Charm City Invitational (5/11), taking third in 14:32.81 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2019-20
Cross Country - Stepped up as a difference maker early for the Eagles, helping lead the team in their debut at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals (8/30), crossing in 8th overall and 2nd on the squad ... Led the team for all but one meet for the rest of the season ... Paced the Eagles at the Mason Invitational (9/13), placing 18th overall after navigating their first 8000m run in 26:25.70 ... Knocked off almost 40 seconds the next time out, crossing in 25:47.70 for 21st at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/20) ... Shaved off another 38 seconds at the Paul Short Run (10/5), leading the team with a 26th overall placing in 25:09.50 ... They earned their first meet victory at the Leopard Invitational (10/19), pacing the entire field in 25:36.90 to close out the regular season ... Was 3rd for the Eagles and 56th overall at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) before taking the reins one last time at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/15), placing 75th overall in their first 10,000m run with a 32:16.30 finish ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track - Made their track debut at the Bison Opener (12/7) with their only mile of the season, placing 5th in the field with a final time of 4:34.36 ... Continued to be one of the top distance performers in the Patriot League, breaking the 15-minute barrier in their first time out with a 14:56.01 performance at the Patriot Games (1/24) for 6th in the field ... Picked up a PR the next time out at the prestigious David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/14) where they were 51st in the field with a final time of 14:39.93 ... Closed the season with an 8:37.49 PR in the 3000m run at the Patriot League Championships (2/29), placing 13th ... Also placed 10th in the 5000m at the conference meet, timing through in 14:54.27 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
