Cross Country – Competed in all six meets while taking 19th overall in a 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2) … Placed 87th overall in the following 6000m meet at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 24.40.0 … Set a personal record in the 6000m the following meet with a 22:42.3 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) while placing 96th overall and second on the team … Best overall finish came at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) at 58th overall and fourth on the team ... 2021-22
Cross Country – Competed in two meets her junior season, starting with a new PR in the 5000m at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff Classic (9/2), finishing in 20:06.60 for 16th overall and 3rd for the Eagles ... Also ran in the 6000m at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/10), placing 33rd overall and 6th for AU in 24:45.90 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
 
Indoor Track – Competed in five meets during the indoor season, starting with her first of two event wins with a first-place finish in the 500m at the Bison Opener (12/3), leading the field in 1:18.30 ... Also took to the line in the 4x400m relay, helping the team to a sixth-place finish in 4:14.20 ... Claimed another first-place finish the next time out, this time in the 800m run at the VMI Team Challenge (1/15), crossing in 2:20.80 ... Placed third with the 4x400m at VMI with a final time of 4:11.69 ... Helped the 4x800m team to a third-place finish at the VMI Classic (2/11), finishing in 10:01.30 ... Closed the season with a pair of eighth-place finishes at the Patriot League Championships, first in the 800m run with a final time of 2:18.39 after hitting a new PR of 2:14.43 in the preliminary round ... Outdoor Track – Continued to focus primarily on the 800m during her four meets of the outdoor season, starting with a 21st-place finish at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) to go alongside a 10th-place finish in the 4x400m (4:09.77) ... Timed through with a new 400m PR at the Colonial Relays (3/31), crossing in 58.96 for 24th in the field ... Also finished 11th with the spring medley (4:25.53) and 20th with the 4x400m (4:16.29) at that meet ... Placed fifth in the 800m at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23) with a final time of 2:15.32, and was sixth with the 4x400m in 4:08.63 ... Indoor Track – Academic All-Patriot League … Competed in the team’s only meet during the indoor season … Placed seventh overall in the mile at the PL Indoor Challenge (2/27) with a final time of 5:19.60 … She was also a member of the third place 4x800m relay squad (9:59.20).
 
Outdoor Track – Added her name to the program record books during her debut outdoor season … Opened with the 10th fastest 800m time in program history with a 2:17.60 to take 12th at the Colonial Relays (4/2) … Bumped that time down to 2:15.97 the next time out at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/11), good for 16th in the field and eighth in the record books … Closed the season with that No. 8 spot in the program’s all-time top 10 despite cutting her PR down to 2:15.60 during the final of the Patriot League Championships (4/30) where she scored for the Eagles with a fifth-place finish … She was also a member of the women’s DMR at the Colonial Relays (4/2) where the Eagles took third in the field with the fourth-fastest time in AU history (12:14.18) … She added her name to a third list at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/11) where she came through in 1:01.11 in the 400m dash for eighth all-time in program history ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20
Cross Country - Competed in four meets during her debut season, starting with back-to-back 5000m runs with the Mount St. Mary's Duals (8/30) and Mason Invitational (9/13) ... Hit a PR of 24:10.70 for 6000m in her final meet of the season at the Paul Short Run (10/5) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track - Had a breakout indoor campaign, earning four program all-time top-ten marks in the 400m, 500m, and 800m ... She opened the season with her lone 500m dash at the Bison Opener (12/7) where she hit the fourth-fastest time in program history with her 4th place overall finish in 1:20.85 ... Returned from the winter break to add her name to a second top-ten list, running the fourth-fastest time in program history in the 400m dash with a 1:01.35 crossing at the Angry Birds Challenge (1/11), finishing 12th in the field ... She improved on that time a month later with a 1:00.33 PR at the VMI Winter Relays (2/7) for 10th overall ... Bumped up to the 800m run at the Patriot Games (1/24) where she timed through with the fifth-fastest time in AU history, placing 2nd overall in 2:18.67 ... She nearly replicated that performance at the Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/14) with a 2:18.84 performance before closing the season with a new PR of 2:16.53 at the Patriot League Championships (2/29), good for 11th in the field and fourth in the AU record books ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
