Cross Country – Ran in five of the six meets during the season, starting with the 6k at the Spider Alumni Invitational (9/2) where he finished 56th and seventh on the team in a time of 19:27 ... In a 4.9 mile race, place 39th overall and eight on the team at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) while finishing in 26:56 ... Jumped to 8k for remaining three meets, placing sixth on the team with a 26:31 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) ... Achieved a season best if 25:45 at the IC4A Championships (10/13) placing fifth on the team and 139th overall ... Capped season at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) where he finished 77th while running 27:58 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Competed in five meets during the season ... Set a PR in the 1000m with a time of 2:28.95 at the Patriot Games (1/27) ... Ran the mile at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) running 4:07.88 ... Finished season at the Patriot League Championships (2/24-2/25) where he ran a season best 4:07.72 to make the mile final before finishing ninth in the final the next day ... Also ran the 400m leg of the DMR to close the meet where the team set the fifth best mark in program history with a mark of 9:59.60 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.


Outdoor Track – Raced in six meets throughout the season primarily focusing on the 1500m ... Opened the season with a PR and a second place finish crossing in 3:49.20 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) ... Followed up with another PR at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6) this time running 3:49.20 and finishing fifth ... Helped team to the ninth fastest time in school history in the 4x800m at the Penn Relays (4/27) ... Made the 1500m final at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) before finishing 12th in the final ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in all six events during the season, starting with a 6000m run at the Bison Open (9/2) while finishing 29th overall and sixth on the team with a 19:54.3 … Finished sixth on the team and 80th overall in the 8369m run at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 28:23.4 … Set a personal record for the 8000m at the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a 25:17.7 while finishing 90th overall and fourth on the team … Finished 117th overall and sixth on the team in the 8000m run at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) with a 26:09.1 … Ran a 26:06.6 8000m at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) while finishing 46th overall and sixth on the team … Ended season with a personal record in the 10,000m run with a 33:24.8 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11) while finishing 138th overall and sixth on the team ... Indoor Track – While concentrating on the mile through the season, set the second fastest mark in program history with a 4:05.71 at the Indoor IC4A/ECAC final (3/3) and finishing 13th … Took first in the 800m run at the Spartan Invitational (1/13) with a 1:54.02 … Set a personal record in the 1000m run with a 2:29.39 at the Patriot Games (1/27) and finished in second … Took first in the distance medley at the Spartan Invitational (1/13) with a 10:08.82 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Helped set four new marks in the program’s top marks in history, including the 10th fastest 800m run with a 1:51.72 at the Raleigh Relays (3/22) ... Ran the lead-off leg for the program’s fastest ever 4x800m relay at 7:25.46 while coming in fourth at the IC4A Championships (5/14) and the third leg in the sixth fastest time at the Penn Relays (4/29) with a 7:29.93 … Anchored for the seventh fastest DMR in program history while finishing third at the Colonial Relays (4/1) with a 10:06.19 … Finished in the top six in all five 1500m runs with a 3:49.47 personal record in a fourth place finish at the Colonial Relays, third at the Dalton Ebanks Invitatonal (4/8), third at the Virginia Challenge (3/22) and sixth in the finals of the Patriot League Championships (5/6) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-22
Cross Country – Ran in all seven meets of the season and scored in the last five ... Opened with a 19th-place finish at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff Invitational (9/2) ... Earned his first scored finish at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25), placing fourth for the Eagles and 35th overall with a final time of 26:57.60 ... Continued to trim time off that performance over the next two meets, hitting a season-best 26:31.60 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/15) to place 22nd overall and third on the team ... Was fourth across the line for AU, 73rd overall, at the Patriot League Championships (10/31) ... Closed the season with his first 10k, finishing fourth for AU at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Championships (11/12).
 
Indoor Track – Focused primarily on the mile during the indoor season ... Opened with an individual win at the Bison Opener (12/3), crossing in 4:22.53 to pace the mile field ... Placed third in the event at the VMI Challenge (1/15) with a final time of 4:18.48 and paired it up with a second-place finish in the 800m (1:58.11) ... Was part of the ninth-place 4x400m team at the Patriot Games (1/28), finishing in 3:41.83 ... Earned a new PR in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/11), finishing in 4:12.35 ... Rounded out the season at the Patriot League Championships (2/26), placing 12th in the mile (4:16.17) and fourth with the DMR (10:13.04) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
Outdoor Track – Competed in six meets during the outdoor season, including the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/13) ... Opened the season at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18), placing 10th with the 4x400m squad in 3:47.08, and 21st individually with a 4:01.13 crossing for the 1500m ... Continued to drop his 1500m over the next two meets, hitting a new PR of 3:49.77 for fifth at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/9) ... Was a member of the fourth-place DMR team (10:07.14) at the Colonial Relays (3/31) ... Finished fifth in his first outdoor 800m run, crossing in 1:51.72 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23) ... Placed 11th overall in the 1500m at the Patriot League Championships (5/6) with a final time of 4:01.58 after qualifying with a preliminary time of 3:57.49 ... Was also a member of the fifth-place 4x800m team (7:40.53) at the conference championship meet ... 2020-21
Cross Country – Competed in one meet during the shortened spring season … Scored for the Eagles at the Patriot League Championships (3/5), placing fourth on the team and 44th overall with a final time of 24:06.70 over 4.7 miles ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
 
Indoor Track – Did not compete.
 
Outdoor Track – Focused on the 1500m run throughout the season, hitting a top time of 3:57.73 to take second at the JMU Invitational (4/17) … Closed with a double at the Patriot League Championships (4/30), placing 15th in the 1500m and 33rd in his lone 5000m of the year ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2019-20
Cross Country - Opened his AU career with his first 8000m on the cross country course, placing 58th at the Mason Invitational (9/13) with a final time of 28:11.50 ... Cut that time down during the next two meets, coming through in 27:23.60 at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/20) for 54th in the field, then earning a final PR of 26:17.30 at the Paul Short Run (10/5) for 194th overall ... Was the 93rd overall at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) ... Closed the season with his first-career 10,000m run, pacing through in 35:21.20 for 171st at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship (11/15).

Indoor Track - Opened with the first of five mile runs during the season, placing 3rd at the Bison Opener (12/7) in 4:31.98 ... Improved on that time in every meet for the rest of the season, placing within the top-five at the Angry Birds Challenge (1/11) and VMI Winter Relays (2/7), before closing with a new PR of 4:24.97 to take 15th at the Patriot League Championships (2/29) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
