Outdoor Track — Opened her season at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21), running 4:53.72 for 1500… Ran an 800 outdoor PR of 2:15.67 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 4:49.96 in the 1500 and 2:18.23 in the 800 at the Virginia Challenge (4/18-19)… Ran a PR and sixth AU all-time performance of 2:14.10 in the 800 and contributed to the ninth place 4x800 relay at the Patriot League Championships (5/2)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – CSC Academic All-District ... Ran in all six meets during the season ... Opened season with an 82nd place finish in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) while running 16:06 ... Set another personal best in the 1000m crossing in 3:02.9 to take second at the Father Diamond (2/16) also running a leg of the sixth fastest 4x400m relay in program history in a team time of 4:10.87 ... Finished season at the Patriot League Championships (2/23-2/24) where she was a member of the fifth fastest 4x800m team in school history with combined time of 9:15.63 ... Outdoor Track – CSC Academic All-District ... Competed in a variety of events across four meets ... Nearly matched her personal best at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6) in the 1500m running 4:49.76 ... Followed up with a big personal best at the Virginia Challenge (4/19-4/20) in the same event crossing in 4:38.27 ... Concluded season at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/3-5/4) finishing in 19th in the 1500m with a time of 4:50.43 and helping the 4x800m team to a new top-10 mark in program history of 9:13.31 ... 2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in four meets during her freshman season, starting with a 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2) where she finished 31st overall and 11th on the team with a 15:32.8… Finished 75th overall and sixth on the team in the 6000m at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 24.13.1… Recorded a personal record 6000m run of 23.34.2 at the Paul Short Run (9/30) while finishing 215th overall and eighth on the team… Capped season with a 6000m run at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) with a 24.07.5 while finishing 194th overall and eighth on the team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Set two personal records through the season with a 2:31.47 mile at the Fastrack National Invitational (2/10) and a 3:08.93 1000m that earned her 12th place at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/19)... Ran the anchor for the seventh fastest DMR in program history at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/25) with a 12:22.62 where she also anchored the seventh fastest 4x800m relay time in program history with a 9:24.02 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Ran in five meets through the season while recording a pair of personal records… Set a personal record in the 1500m run at the Colonial Relays (3/31) with a 4:48.73 while finishing 15th… Recorded the third fastest 3000m steeplechase in program history with a 11:47.36 at the Dalton Ebanks Invite (4/8) while finishing 12th… Helped 4x800m relay team finish ninth at the Patriot League Championships (5/5) with a 9:43.52 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
