Cross Country – Opened his season with a 19:11.8 6k at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31), placing 35th… Set a personal best 6k of 19:05.4 to place 22nd at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6)... Went up to the 8k, running a personal best time of 24:58.1 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4) to place 43rd… Placed 112th at the IC4A Championships (10/18) with a time of 26:15.3… Completed his first collegiate season with a 62nd place finish at the Patriot League Championships (11/2), running 25:32.2... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Opened his season in a 3k PR of 8:42.61 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Lowered his personal best to 8:35.81 at the Patriot Games (2/1)… Ran a 5k PR of 15:08.12 at the Liberty Open (2/8)… PRed in the mile in 4:25.07 at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/21)… Ran a PR of 8:31.62 in the 3k to place 15th at the Patriot League Championships (3/2).

Outdoor Track — PRed in the 5k at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21), running 15:08.06… Lowered his PR to 14:58.48 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… PRed again at the Virginia Challenge (4/18) in 14:54.89… Placed 21st in the 5k at the Patriot League Championships (5/3) in 15:10.60… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Competed for Glenbard South HS running distance … PR’s – 15:06 (XC 3 mile), 4:26.96 (1600m), 9:20.5 (3200m) … Earned both cross country and track All-Conference honors all four years of competition … For cross country was a member of the All-State team in 2022, a member of the All-Sectional and All-Regional teams in 2023 … For track earned a spot on the All-Sectional team in both 2022 and 2023 … A member of the Sectional Champions track team in 2022 and 2023 … A member of the cross country team that earned second in the Illinois State Class 2A 2023 Championships and third in the 2022 State Championships … A member of the 2A Regional Championships cross country team in 2023 and Sectional Championship winning team in 2023.
 
Personal: Parents are John and Emily … Earned a place on the High Honor Roll all four years … Was a member of the National Honors Society and the National French Honors Society … Received XC Academic All-Conference honors all four years (2020-23), and Track Academic All-Conference Honors from 2021-24 … Is working toward a degree in International Studies.
