Cross Country – Opened the season in a personal best 6k of 21:10.4 at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31) to place 103rd… Lowered his personal best to 20:34.3 at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6), placing 65th… Did not compete the remainder of the season due to injury... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Opened his season in a 5k PR of 16:42.70 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Lowered his PR to 16:42.02 at the Liberty Open (2/8)… Capped off his season with a 3k PR of 9:13.88 at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/21).

Outdoor Track — Opened his season running a one-minute 5k PR of 15:46.45 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21)… Ran 16:17.55 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 16:06.64 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational (4/19)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – Ran in four meets in first cross country season for American ... Opened the season at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) running 21:15 in a 6k race... Jumped to 8k runs for the remainder of his season ... Finished 82nd at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) ... Ran 28:10 Paul Short Run (9/30) before wrapping up his season with a personal record of 27:34 at the IC4A Championships (10/13). 

Indoor Track – Raced the 3000m three times throughout the season .... Opened his season with a new PR of 9:26.78 at the Bison Opener (12/2) with an eighth place finish ... Lowered his best again to 9:20.21 at the Spartan Invite (1/12) ... Finished his season at the Patriot Games (1/27) crossing in 9:37.74 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Did not compete ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2022-23
Indoor Track – Raced in four meets while making his debut at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/19) in the 1000m run finishing fifth with a personal record of 2:49.15… Followed up with a 33rd finish at the Patriot Games (1/27) in the 3000m run with a 9:56.11… Set a personal record in the mile with a 4:59.38 at the Bison Opener (2/2)... Capped the season with a 9:37.93 3000m run at the Fastrack National Invitational (2/10) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Outdoor Track – Competed in three meets during the season, including anchoring the seventh fastest sprint medley in program history with a 3:51.52 while coming in 13th at the Colonial Relays (4/1)... Finished 21st in the 1500m run  at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/22) with a 4:25.27… Came in 13th at the 5000m with a 17:48.60 at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/17) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
