2011-12: Member of the 4x400 meter relay teamthat broke the program record with a time of 4:17.09 at the NavyLid-Lifter … also set a personal-best time of 30.82 in theindoor 200 meter dash at the Navy Lid-Lifter … tallied apersonal-best 9.16 in the indoor 60 meter dash at the George MasonPatriot Games … posted personal-bests in the outdoor 100meter dash (14:39) and 200 meter dash (30.80) at the NavyInvitational Duals … named to the Patriot League AcademicHonor Roll in both the fall and spring semesters.

High School: Received three varsity letters inboth indoor and outdoor track and one letter in soccer …named captain of the indoor and outdoor track teams as a senior...  three-time Merrimack Valley Conference All-Star andsix-time State Champion … won the 2009 Most Improved CoachesAward and 2010 Coaches Award.
