Cross Country — Opened the season placing 143rd at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31) with a 4k time of 17:50.8… Ran a personal best 5k of 22:10.2 at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6) to place 88th… Placed 246th at the ECAC Championships (10/18) with a 6k time of 27:31.0... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track — Raced the 800 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17), finishing in 2:41.24… Ran 1:05.30 in the 400 at the Liberty Open (2/8)… Completed her season at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/21), where she finished the 500 meters in 1:25.94.

Outdoor Track — Opened her season at the Richmond Fred HardyInvitational (3/21), running 2:36.46… Ran 1:05.69 for 400 and contributed to a 4x400 relay at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 1:06.15 in the 400 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational (4/19)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – Ran in three meets during the season ... Made collegiate debut at the Richmond Alumni Open (9/2) running 16:28 in the 4k ... Returned a week later at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) placing 17th overall in the open 5k in a time of 22:20 ... Finished season at the Paul Short Run (9/30) running 25:10 in her only 6k of the year ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Competed in six meets throughout the season focusing on the middle distance events ... Made indoor collegiate debut at the Bucknell Opener (12/2) in the 500m dash running 1:23.06 and finishing sixth ... Improved her mark to 1:22.47 at the Spartan Invite (1/12) ... Moved up to the 800 for the Patriot Games (1/27) where she finished in 2:24.96 ... Also ran a leg of the school record setting 4x400m team at the meet with a team time of 4:06.79 ... Set her personal best in the 500m at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) with a 1:21.46 moving her into seventh in program history, also helping re-set the program best in the 4x400m in a total time of 4:05.25 ... Concluded season at Patriot League Championships (2/23-2/25), finding herself seventh in program history in the 400m after running 1:01.04 in her first collegiate attempt at the distance ... Came back the next day to break the 4x400m for the third and final time fo the season in a total time of 4:01.23 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Competed in the 400m dash and the relays in each of her four meets ... Helped 4x400m to a 8th place finish in 4:09.83 finish for the ninth fastest mark in program history at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) ... Set outdoor best in the 400m at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) crossing in 1:01.53 ... At the same meet helped set school record in the 4x400m in a team time of 4:03.83 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 


High School: Competed for Penncrest High School running middle distance and cross country … PR’s – 2:16.41 (800m), 5:15 (1600m), 400m split: 57.3 … Earned 10 varsity letters between track and cross country … Honorable mention All-Delco and All-Central for cross country as a freshman and sophomore … First team All-Conference in the 4x800 in both indoor and outdoor track and honorable mention for middle distance during both indoor and outdoor track as a junior … First team All-Conference again in the 4x800 for outdoor track her senior year and Second team All-Delco and All-Central in the 4x400 for indoor and outdoor track … Earned eighth place in the 4x800 and seventh place in the 4x400 at the 2021 indoor state championships and took fifth place in the 4x800 at the 2021 PIAA outdoor state championships … Broke and holds the indoor school record in the 4x800 in 2021 and the outdoor school record in the 4x800 (9:21) in 2023 … Undefeated, 11-0, and were the co-central League Champions for the 2023 outdoor season.
 
Personal: Daughter of Beth Ann and Gregory Puckett … Father Gregory played football at Shippensburg University and mother, Beth Ann, ran cross country and track at Wheeling Jesuit University … Chose AU because “It was a school that I fell in love with instantly! The team environment, beautiful campus, and amazing coaching staff truly made this school feel like home.” … Intends to study Justice & Law at American.
