Cross Country – Scored for the Eagles in every meet this season… Opened the season in a PR of 18:44.2 in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31), placing 15th… Improved his personal best to 18:40.6 to place 6th at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6)... Went up to the 8k, placing 99th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) with a time of 26:45… Ran a personal best of 24:37.6 at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4) to place 25th… Placed 42nd at the IC4A Championships (10/18) with a time of 25:28.0… Ran 24:56.1 at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) to place 37th… Completed his season at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), where he ran a personal best of 31:58.9 in the 10k... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Opened the season in the 3k at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17), running 8:34.93… Ran a 5k PR of 14:43.43 at the Liberty Open (2/8)… Ran a 3k PR of 8:20.26 at the Valentine Invitational (2/14)… Placed 9th in the 5k in a PR of 14:36.19 and 10th in the 3k in 8:20.86 at the Patriot League Championships (3/1-2).

Outdoor Track — Debuted in the 3k steeplechase at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21), running a seventh AU all-time mark of 9:32.85… Ran a 5k PR of 14:41.95 at the Raleigh Relays (3/27)… Lowered his steeple PR to a fourth all-time mark  of 9:19.23 and ran 3:58.64 in the 1500 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 14:51.25 for 5k at the Virginia Challenge (4/18).

2023-24
Cross Country – Ran in all six meets for the season, beginning with a 19:06 effort in the 6k run at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) while finishing 37th overall ... Ran 26:53 and finished 37th overall over 4.9 miles at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) ... Moved to the 8k distance for the next three meets, setting a personal record of 25:50 in the Paul Short Run (9/30) while finishing 3rd on the team ... Shaved off another 18 seconds for another personal record at the IC4A Championships (10/13), running 25:32 and placing 110th overall ... Placed 39th overall at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) in a time of 26:15 ... Placed 3rd on the team at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/10), placing 106th overall and running 32:04 for a 10k. 

Indoor Track – Competed in five meets throughout the season focusing primarily on the 3000m run ... Opened season with a PR at the Spartan Invitational (1/12) running 8:39.65 ... Lowered his best to 8:34.52 at the Patriot Games (3/27) with a fourth place finish ... Again lowered his PR at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3), dipping under 8:30 for the first time, crossing in 8:29.93 ... Switched up to the mile for the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) finishing fourth in another PR of 4:15.94 ... Closed season at the Patriot League Championships (2/23-2/24) finishing 23rd in the mile and 21st in the 3000m. 

Outdoor Track – Primarily focused on the 5000m in five competitions ... Set a personal best of 14:48.96 at the Virginia Challenge (4/19-4/20) ... Lowered that mark to 14:42.06 at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) ... Won the 3000m at the IC4A Championships (5/11) in a mark of 8:23.24 to move to seventh in program history in the event. 

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in five meets for the season, beginning with a 6000m run at the Bison Open (9/2) where he finished 38th overall and eighth on the team with a 20:14.2 … Placed third on the team and 57th overall in the 8369m run at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 27:11.6 … Ran the 8000m at the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a 27:10.2 while finishing 327th overall and 11th on the team … Incrementally worked his time down over the next two events in the 8000m with a 26:15.9 at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) and a personal record of 26:34.2 while finishing 66th overall and ninth on the team at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Ran in six meets and three events during the season … Set a personal record in the mile run at 4:17.43 at the Fastrack National Invitational (2/10) while finishing in 12th place … Also posted a personal record in the 3000m run during the Patriot Games (1/27) at 8:40.74 … Finished in third place in the distance medley at the Spartan Invitational (1/13) with a 10:25.79 ... Capped season with 11th place finish in the Patriot League Championship in the 300m run (2/26). 

Outdoor Track – Competed in five meets through the season while setting a personal record in the first in the 1500m run with a 3:57.89 while coming in 25th at the Colonial Relays (3/31) ... Secured a sixth place finish at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/22) in the 3000m run… Ran the leadoff leg in the fastest 4x1500m relay in program history with a 16:22.52 at the Colonial Relays (4/1) while coming in ninth ... Ran the 1500m run in the Patriot League Championships (5/5) finishing 19th in 4:00.24 ... Doubled back the next day to finish 19th in the 5000m run with a personal record time of 14:57.10 ... Finished season with a final 5000m run at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (5/13) with a time of 15:02.86.
