Cross Country – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll...Opened his season at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open (8/30), running a 6k PR of 19:15.4 to place 40th… Placed 90th at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/12), running 27:30.9 for 5.2 miles… Ran 27:00.8 for 8k to place 213th in the Brown Race at the Paul Short Run (10/3)… Placed 123rd at the IC4A Championships (10/17) with an 8k time of 26:25.0… Placed 74th with a time of 26:43.6 at the Patriot League Championships (10/31).

Indoor Track – Opened his season with a mile PR of 4:20.03 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/17)… Won the 800 in 1:55.16 and contributed to AU’s first-place DMR in 10:33.65 at the George Mason Patriot Games (1/31)… Ran an 800 PR of 1:53.29 at the Valentine Invitational (2/13)… Ran a 600 PR of 1:22.87 and contributed to AU’s seventh all-time 4x400 relay in 3:26.72 at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational (2/20)… Contributed to AU’s fifth-place 4x800 relay in 7:36.28 and the eighth AU all-time 4x400 relay in 3:27.18 at the Patriot League Championships (2/28-3/1).

Outdoor Track – Opened his season with a 4:04.43 1500 and 1:59.92 800 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/20)… PRed in the 1500 and 800 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/3-4), running 3:56.04 in the 1500 and 1:52.31 in the 800… Ran 1:54.24 in the 800 at the Virginia Challenge (4/18)… Contributed to AU’s program-record 4x800 relay in 7:24.64, placing seventh in the Championship of America section at the Penn Relays (4/25)… Ran 1:52.99 in the 800 at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/1)… Placed 15th in the 800 in 1:54.06 and contributed to AU’s bronze medal 4x800 relay in 7:31.11 at the Patriot League Championships (5/15).

Cross Country – Opened his first collegiate season at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31), where he ran 20:12.9 in the 6k to place 77th… Set a personal best of 19:43.1 at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6) to place 40th… Went up to the 8k, setting a personal best of 26:04.1 to place 118th at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/18)... Placed 152nd at the IC4A Championships (10/18) with a tie of 26:28.3… Completed his season at the Patriot League Championships, where ran 26:35.7 to place 92nd... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Opened his season with an 800 PR of 1:58.70 at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Lowered his PR to 1:57.81 at the Patriot Games (2/1)… PRed again at the Liberty Open (2/8), running 1:56.88… Ran another PR of 1:54.77 at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/21)… Contributed to the 4th place 4x800 relay and the 4x400 relay at the Patriot League Championships (3/2-1).

Outdoor Track — Opened his season running 1:57.43 in the 800 and a PR of 4:00.45 in the 1500 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5)… Ran 4:13.00 in the 1500 and an 800 PR of 1:56.31 at the Virginia  Challenge (4/18-19)… Contributed to the ninth place 4x800 relay and placed 19th in the 800 in 1:56.56 at the Patriot League Championships (5/2)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
