Cross Country — Opened the season scoring for the Eagles with a 15:22.5 4k at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31) to place 61st… Ran a personal best 5k of 19:32.2 placing 38th at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6)... Went up to the 6k for the remainder of the season, placing 177th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) with a time of 25:26… Ran a personal best of 23:33.4 at the ECAC Championships (10/18) to place 127th… Placed 85th at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) with a time of 23:33.7… Closed out her season at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), where she placed 200th in a time of 24:10.9... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track — Ran 10:57.06 in the 3000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)… Raced the 5k at the Liberty Open (2/9) in 19:49.81.

Outdoor Track — Did not compete for most of the season due to injury… Ran 20:06.79 for 5k at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational (4/19)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – Ran four meets during the season ... Opened season with a 5k at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) while running 21:59 and finishing 16th in the open category ... Bumped up to the 6k for the rest of the season starting with the Paul Short Run (9/30) where she finished in 25:02 ... Secured a season's best of 23:58 at the IC4A Championships (10/13) while finishing 26th in the open race ... Concluded season by finishing 91st overall and ninth on the team at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) while running 26:06 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Competed in the 3000m run in each of her four meets ... Opened with a twelfth place finish at the Bucknell Opener (12/2) ... Improved to ninth the next meet with a 10:59.64 at the Patriot Games (1/27) ... Set personal record at Fastrack National Invite (2/9) running 120:43.57 ... Finished season back at George Mason for the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) with a sixth place finish in 10:46.17 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Raced the 5000m in each of her three appearances ... Ran her season best of 18:32.17 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) ... Concluded the season at the Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) crossing in 18:35.89 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in five meets during her freshman season, opening the season with a 15:11.9 in a 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2) while finishing 20th overall and sixth on the team… Finished fifth on the team and 73rd overall at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) in the 6000m with a 24.07.4… Set a personal record 6000m run at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) with a 23.43.6 while finishing 169th overall and sixth on the team… Finished her season with a 6000m run at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) with a 23.19.0 while finishing 66th overall and fifth on the  team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Ran in four meets through the season while setting two personal records… First personal record came in the mile at the Spartan Invitational (1/13) where she came in 13th with a 5:24.67… Added another personal record at the Fastrack National Invitational (2/10) where she came in 22nd in the 3000m with a 10:53.12… Helped secure a fourth place finish in the DMR at the Spartan Invitational (1/13) with a team time of 13:00.44 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Set three personal records through the season, beginning with a 5:04.27 1500m run at the Colonial Relays (3/31) and finishing 15th… Ran the second leg of the third fastest 4x1500m relay team in program history with a 20:24.48 at the Colonial Relays (4/1) while finishing 12th… Notched a personal record in the 5000m run with a 18:24.54 at the Dalton Ebanks Invite (4/8) and placed 24th… Capped season with the sixth fastest time in the 3000m steeplechase in program history with a 12:02.57 at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/22) while finishing 16th ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
