Outdoor Track – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Focused on the 3000m steeplechase during his final season in the red, white, and blue … Hit a season best 10:05.50 to take third at the JMU Invitational (4/17) before closing his career with a 10th place finish at the Patriot League Championships (4/30).
2019-20
Cross Country - Scored for the Eagles in all seven meets of his junior season ... Opened at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals (8/30) with a 36th overall placing in 16:26.47 ... Was the 5th Eagle across the line, 43rd overall, at the Mason Invitational (9/13) timing through in 27:25.60 for his first 8000m run of the season ... Cut down on that time at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/20) and the Paul Short Run (10/5) where he finished with a new 8k PR of 25:25.60 for 56th overall and 3rd on the squad ... Led the team for the first time in his career at the Patriot League Championships (11/2), placing 42nd overall ... Closed the season with a 10,000m PR at the Mid-Atlantic Regional, crossing in 33:06.60 for 116th overall and 4th on the team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Indoor Track - Opened the season with one of his two miles, placing 12th at the Bison Opener (12/7) ... Picked up a PR in the mile after the winter break with a 4:34.53 finish at the Angry Birds Challenge (1/11), placing 7th in the field ... Also focused on the 5000m run, starting with the Keydet Invitational (1/17) where he hit a PR of 15:25.16 for his career event victory ... Cross Country - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Scored in all but one meet during the cross country season, starting with the Bison Open (8/31) where he was fourth for the team and 50th overall on the 6000m course ... Remained the fourth AU finisher at the Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/7) and Paul Short Run (9/29), hitting a new 8000m PR at Paul Short with his final time of 26:02 ... Scored as the fifth Eagle across the line at the Patriot League Championships (10/27), 56th overall ... Ended the season with the 10k at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship (11/9).
Indoor Track - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Competed in the 3000m run throughout the indoor season, improving on his time in each of his four outings ... Opened with an 11th-place finish at the Navy Winter Invitational (12/1) in 9:16.59 ... Improved to a 9:07.61 at the Patriot Games (1/25) and a 9:07.11 finish at the VMI Winter Relays (2/8) ... Opened the season with a 3000m run at the Shamrock Invitational (3/14) before focusing on the 3k steeplechase for the remainder of the season ... Consistently dropped his time throughout the year from his opening 9:52.12 finish at the Navy Spring Meet (3/30) where he placed third in the field ... Earned a new PR and the seventh-fastest time in program history with his 9:37.73 finish at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/13) ... Moved up a couple more spots at the Patriot League Championships where he finished with the fifth-fastest time in AU history, placing 11th in the field in 9:30.71.

Cross Country - Opened his career at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals (9/1) before crossing as the 2nd AU finisher during the JV race at the Navy Invitational (9/9), navigating the 3.2-mile course in 17:51.10 ... Led the squad during the George Mason Invitational (9/30) with a 27:46.60 for his first-career 8k ... Bested that time at the Princeton Invitational (10/14) where he finished in 26:22.60 ... He placed 61st at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) ... Closed the season with his first-career 10k at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, finishing in 33:36.90.
Indoor Track - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Ran two 3k's during the indoor season, opening with a season-best 9:10.43 at the Navy Invitational (12/2) before closing at the Patriot Games (1/27).
Outdoor Track - Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Became one of the first AU steeplechasers since 2015, consistently improving on his time in all three races throughout the season ... Made his debut in the event at the Colonial Relays (4/5) with a 10:08.42 finish before shaving nearly 15-seconds off at the George Mason Spring Invitational (4/14) where he placed 13th in the field with a final time of 9:54.83 ... Closed the season at the Patriot League Championships (5/4), earning a new 3k steeplechase PR with a 9:53.40 performance ... Also raced the 5k at the championship meet, placing 29th in 16:45.15.
High School: Competed for Lincoln-Sudbury Regional HS under coaches Melvin Gonsalves and Shawn Lingely ... Helped his team to an 11th-place finish at the state championship meet in cross country (2016) ... As an individual, he was 17th at the MIAA Division I Championships in the 2-mile (2016) and 19th at the EMass Division I Championships in cross country (2016) ... PR's - 2-mile (9:56), 5k XC (16:17).
