Cross Country – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Scored for the Eagles in all three meets of her season, starting with the VT Alumni Invitational (9/10) where she was 26th overall, third on the team, with a final 6k time of 24:03.50 ... Was the second AU runner across the line, 17th overall, at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25) with a season-best time of 23:12.40 ... Closed the season at the Paul Short Run, finishing in 23:30.70.

Indoor Track – Opened the season as a member of the sixth-place 4x400m team at the Bison Opener (12/3), helping the Eagles to a 4:14.20 finish ... Ran in two more 4x400m relays throughout the rest of the season, including at the Patriot League Championships (2/26) where the squad placed eighth in 4:10.81 ... Also placed seventh individually in the 1000m run at the Patriot Games (1/28) with a final time of 3:03.55.

Outdoor Track – Focused primarily on the 800m and 4x400m during her final season, starting with a season-best 2:22.93 finish in the 800m for 15th in the field at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) ... Placed sixth in the 4x400m at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23) with a season-best 4:08.63 ... Closed with a pair of relay performances at the Patriot League Championships (5/6), taking eighth overall in the 4x800m (9:35.99) and 10th in the 4x400m (4:12.19).
2020-21
Cross Country – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Took the line for one meet during the shortened spring season … Placed fourth for the team, eighth overall, at the Loyola Invitational (2/20) with a final time of 28:11.80 for 6.1k.

Indoor Track – Competed in the team’s only meet during the indoor season … Took third overall in the mile at the PL Indoor Challenge (2/27) with a final time of 5:16.53 … She was also part of the third place 4x800m relay squad (9:59.20).

Outdoor Track – Patriot League Academic Honor Roll … Opened the season with a PR in the 1500m, crossing in 4:51.15 to take 19th in the field at the Colonial Relays (4/2) … She was also a member of the third-place DMR squad at the Colonial Relays where she helped the foursome to the fourth-fastest time in program history (12:14.18) … Ran just outside of her 1500m PR at the Mason Spring Invitational before switching gears at the JMU Invitational (4/17) where she took 14th in the 800m run with a PR of 2:18.09 … Closed the season at the Patriot League Championships where she doubled in the 800m and 1500m runs.

Cross Country - Was a consistent scorer for the Eagles through most of the season, starting with the VT Alumni Invitational (9/20) where she placed 43rd overall, 5th on the squad, in the 6k season opener ... Picked up a new PR the next time out with a 22:52.1 finish for 129th overall, 4th on the team, at the Paul Short Run (10/5) ... Was 4th across the line for the team at both the Patriot League (11/2) and Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15) Championships, finishing 88th and 187th overall, respectively ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Indoor Track - Competed in six meets during the indoor season ... Opened with a leg on the 4x400m squad at the Bison Opener (12/6), helping lead the team to a 9th place finish, before focusing on the 800m for the most of the season ... Continually improved on her season-opening 800m time (2:28.06) from the Angry Birds Challenge (1/11), finishing with a 2:20.55 PR at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/29) for 16th in the field ... Also added in a 400m dash at the VMI Keydet Invitational (1/17) and a 1000m run at the Patriot Games (1/24) ...
