Cross Country – Opened her season with a personal best of 15:50.0 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31)... Followed up with a personal best of 19:09.7 in the 5k at the Lafayette Invitational (9/6)... Went up to the 6k for the remainder of the season, placing 174th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) with a time of 25:18… Ran 23:46.7 to place 142nd at the ECAC Championships (10/18)... Ran a personal best of 22:45.1 at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) to place 63rd… Completed her season with a time of 23:11.0 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), placing 163rd... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track – Started her season with a PR of 5:17.88 in the mile and ran a leg in the second place 4x800 relay at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/17)…  Ran a personal best of 2:20.09 in the 800  at the Patriot Games (2/1)… PRed in both the 1000 and 3000 meters at the Liberty Open (2/8), running 2:59.79 and 10:37.72… Lowered her 800 PR to 2:17.31 at the Valentine Invitational (2/15)… Contributed to the 4x800 relay and the DMR that placed 8th at the Patriot League Championships (3/1-2).

Outdoor Track — Debuted in the 5k in 18:15.58 at the Richmond Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21)… PRed in the 1500 at the George Mason Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5), running 4:49.63… Lowered her PR to 4:46.65 and ran an 800 PR of 2:18.60 at the Virginia Challenge (4/18-19)… Placed 21st in the 1500 in a PR of 4:45.29 and contributed to the ninth place 4x800 relay at the Patriot League Championships (5/2)… Closed out her season running 4:47.07 at the ECAC Championships (5/17)… Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24
Cross Country – Ran in all six meets during the season opening with a 4k at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) running 21:17 and placing 85th .. Lowered her PR in the 5k at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) finishing 13th in a time of 21:17 ... transitioned to the 6k for the remaining four meets ...  Recorded a personal best at the distance by over a minute and a half at the Paul Short Run (9/30) running 25:13 and finishing 268th ... Shaved another 1:23 off her time to run 23:50 at the IC4A Championships (10/13) ... Placed fourth on the team and 74th overall at the Patriot League Championships (10/28) running 25:05 ... Capped her season with another personal best at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/10) finishing in 23:46 while placing seventh on the team and 176th overall ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track –  Focused on the middle distance events in her five meets throughout the season ... Set a personal record in the 500m in her season opener at the Spartan Invite (1/12) crossing in 1:22.51 ... Broke her 800m best the next meet at the Patriot Games (1/27) finishing in eighth with a time of 2:22.04 ... Lowered that mark again at the Fastrack Invitational (2/9) finishing 2:20.44 ... Ran her first 1000m at the Father Diamond Invitational (2/16) with a 3:09.41, coming back later in the meet to run a leg of the 4x400m helping setting the sixth fastest mark in program history with a team time of 4:10.87 ... Finished season at the Patriot League Championships (2/23-2/24) helping set the fifth fastest 4x800 time in school history in a time of 9:15.63 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Opened season with a personal record at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) winning her heat in 4:56.60 ... The next meet set another best in the 800m in a time of 2:20.04 at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational (4/5-4/6) ... At Patriot League Championships (5/3-5/4) helped 4x800m team to a 9:13.31 finish for the 10th best mark in school history ... At the same meet ran one last 1500m crossing in 4:59.99 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2022-23
Cross Country – Competed in one meet during her sophomore season, finishing 51st overall and 16th on the team in a 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2) with a 16:22.1 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Competed at six meets through the season and set the ninth fastest 500m run in program history with a 1:23.82 while coming in seventh at the Spartan Invitational (1/13)... Set a personal record in the 400m while coming in 27th at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/25) with a 1:04.12… Helped secure a third place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Patriot Games (1/27) with a 4:26.63 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Set two personal records, including running the second fastest 400m hurdles mark in program history with a 1:08.32 at the Patriot League Championships (5/5)... Began the season by breaking a personal record in the 800m run with a 2:29.50 while finishing 41st at the Fred Hardy Invite (3/17)... Also helped secure an eighth place finish at the PL Championships in the 4x800m relay ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-22
Cross Country – Ran in the first two meets of the season, placing 59th overall at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff Invitational (9/2), then took 51st in her 6000m debut at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (9/10) with a final time of 26:58.40 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Opened her debut indoor track season as a member of the 14th-place 4x400m squad at the Bison Opener (12/3) ... Placed 17th in the mile at the VMI Team Challenge (1/15) before bumping down to the 500m at the Patriot Games (1/28) where she placed 24th overall ... Helped the 4x800m squad to a third-place finish at the VMI Classic (2/11) with a final time of 10:01.30 ... Closed the season with a pair of relay performances at the Patriot League Championships (2/26), taking ninth in the 4x800m (10:04.30) and 10th in the DMR (13:23.11).
 
Outdoor Track – Focused on the 3000m steeplechase in the latter part of the season after opening with a 1500m and distance medley performance at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) and Colonial Relays (3/31), respectively ... Placed 10th in her debut steeple at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23) ... Hit a new PR in the event at the Patriot League Championships (5/6), taking 16th in the field with a final time of 12:12.66.
