Cross Country – Ran in five events for the season, starting with the Bison Open (9/2) 6000m run where he finished 25th overall and fourth on the team with a 19:46.8 … Set a personal record for the 8000m in the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a 25:31.8 while finishing 123rd overall and fifth on the team … finished seventh on the team in the 8000m for both the ECAC/IC4A Championships (10/14) and the Patriot League Championships (10/29) with times of 26:10.5 and 26:16.9, respectively … Finished season with a 10,000m run at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11) where he set a personal record of 33:11.9 while finishing 131st overall and fifth on the team ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Competed in five meets and set three personal records … Finished 15th in the mile at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/19) with a personal record of 4:18.86 … Finished in 13th place in the 5000m run at the Patriot Games (1/27) while setting a personal record of 15:06.91 … Took first in the 3000m run at the Bison Opener (2/2) with a 8:37.86 … Improved on that time to set a personal record of 8:35.63 in the 3000m at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/25) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – Competed in five meets, beginning with an 11th place finish in the Fred Hardy Invite (3/17) in the 5000m run with a 15:12.86 … Also secured an 11th place finish in the 3000m run at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/22) with a 8:58.08 … Finished in 18th at the Patriot League Championships (5/5) in the 10000m run with a 33:00.10 ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-22
Cross Country – Ran in six of the seven meets during his debut season at American ... Scored for the Eagles his first time out, placing 17th overall and fifth on the team at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff (9/2) ... Crossed in 27:37.20 in his first career 6k at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (9/10) ... Ran a season-best of 27:30.30 the next time out, placing 48th overall at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25) ... Scored again at the Patriot League Championships (10/31), placing fifth for AU and 74th overall in 27:18.70 ... Closed the season with his first career 10k, timing through in 36:02.20 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship (11/12) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
 
Indoor Track – Opened with a seventh-place finish in the mile at the Bison Opener (12/3) ... Hit a season-best 8:54.29 in the 3000m at the VMI Team Challenge (1/15), good for seventh in the field ... Crossed with a PR of 4:19.93 in the mile at the VMI Classic (2/11) to take eighth overall ... Closed with a pair of races at the Patriot League Championships (2/26), crossing in 25th in the 3k and seventh with the 4x800m.
 
Outdoor Track – Split his focus between the 1500m and 5000m runs for the majority of the season ... Had his only relay during the outdoor opener at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) where he placed 10th with the 4x800m ... Hit a PR of 15:19.62 in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays (3/31) ... His top 1500m time of 3:59.69 was an 11th-place finish at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23) ... Closed with a 5000m run performance at the Patriot League Championships (5/6).
