Cross Country – Led the Eagles in the last five meets of the season… Placed 54th at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31) in 15:17.0 for 4k… Ran a personal best in the 5k of 18:44.8 at the Lafayette Invite (9/6)… Went up to the 6k for the remainder of the season, running 23:53 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/20) to place 114th… Improved her time at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/4), where she ran 22:43.3 and placed 36th… Placed 40th at the ECAC Championships (10/18) in 22:00.6… Ran a season best of 21:55.9 at the Patriot League Championships (11/2) to earn 34th place… Completed her collegiate career at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), where she placed 92nd and lowered her season best to 21:51.9... 2023-24
Cross Country – Paced the team in each of its six meets for the second consecutive season ... Ran 14:44 at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2) in the 4k to kick-off the season ... Bumped up to the 6k distance for each of the next five meets, securing a top 10 finish while running 22:38 at the Navy Cross Country Invitational (9/9) ... Ran an identical time to place 37th overall at the Paul Short Run (9/30) ... Continued her season at the IC4A Championships (10/13) where she ran 22:06 to finish 63rd ... Earned 31st overall in the Patriot League Championships (10/28) in a time of 23:29 ... Finished the season with a personal record of 21:27 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/10) to finish 72nd ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – Solidified her place on the program top-10 lists in the 3000m and 5000m distances ... Opened season at Spartan Invitational (1/12) with a second place finish in the 3000m ... Followed up with a mile PR of 5:06.73 at the Patriot Games (1/27) ... Set a new indoor best of 17:21.17 in the 5000m at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) ... Finished fifth at Patriot League Championships (2/24-2/25) in the 5000m with another indoor best of 17:03.97, the second best mark in program history ... Doubled back the next day to set a big PR in the 3000m with a 9:54.48 improving her mark to sixth all-time. 

Outdoor Track – Won the 5000m in 17:21.57 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22) in her only appearance of the season. 

2022-23
Cross Country – CSC Academic All-District ... Competed in all six meets during her junior season, pacing the team in each… Opened the season with a sixth overall finish in the 3900m run at the Bison Open (9/2)... Earned a 45th overall finish in the 6000m at the Spiked Shoe Invite (9/9) with a 22:51.7… posted a personal-best 6000m in the following meet at the Paul Short Run (9/30) with a 21:54.2 while finishing 30th overall… Finished 27th overall at the Patriot League Championships (10/29) with a 22:08.1 in the 6000m… Capped the season with a 6000m run at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11) with a 22:23.1 while finishing 84th overall ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track – CSC Academic All-District ... Academic All-Patriot League ... Competed at six meets through her junior season… Began the season with a second place finish at the Bison Opener (12/2) in the 3000m run before following up with a first place finish in the same event at the Spartan Invitational (1/13)... Set a personal record in the mile run at the Patriot Games (1/27) with a 5:18.54 while coming in 12th… Saved her best performances in the 3000m and 5000m for the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/25) where she finished ninth in 17:24.77 to set the fourth fastest mark in the 5000m in program history later running the eighth fastest 3000m time in program history with a 10:03.30 while placing 26th ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

Outdoor Track – CSC Academic All-District ... Academic All-Patriot League ... Ran in four meets, yet posted two top 10 program marks through the season… Posted the fourth fastest time in program history in the 10,000m run with a 36:00.90 while taking first at the Colonial Relays (3/31)... Also recorded the fourth fastest 5000m run in program history with a 16:58.57 while taking first at the Virginia Challenge (4/21)... Took seventh at the Patriot League Championships (5/6) in the 10,000m while also taking ninth in the 5000m ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2021-22
Cross Country – Scored in all seven meets of the season and paced the team in three as a sophomore ... Opened with a 17th-place overall finish at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff Invitational (9/2), navigating the 5k course in 20:10.20 ... Led the Eagles for the first time a week later, placing 17th overall at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (9/10) with a final time of 23:39.90 for 6000m ... Trimmed almost a minute off the next time out, placing 10th overall and pacing AU again at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25) with a final time of 22:46.20 ... Hit a new PR at the Paul Short Run (10/1), crossing in 22:32.80 to take second on the team ... Was back at the helm for the Eagles at the ECU Pirate Invitational (10/15) before placing second for the team and 78th overall at the Patriot League Championships (10/31) ... Was the fourth Eagle across the line at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/12) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
  
Indoor Track – Her only performance of the season came at the end with an appearance at the Patriot League Championships (2/26) where she placed 30th in the 3000m run.
 
Outdoor Track – Opened the season with an 18th-place finish in the 5000m run at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) ... Was 53rd in the 1500m at the Colonial Relays (3/31) and helped the 4x1500m team to a seventh-place finish ... Dropped over a minute from her season opening 5k at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/9), taking 25th in the field with a final time of 18:31.18 ... Was the second finisher in the 3000m run at the Bucknell Team Challenge (4/23), crossing in 10:20.62 ... Closed with a season-best 5k performance at the Patriot League Championships (5/6), hitting 18:10.11 for 28th overall.

2020-21
Cross Country – Competed in one meet during the shortened spring season … Finished in 13th overall, seventh on the team, at the Loyola Invitational (2/20) with a final time of 28:34.90 over 6.1k ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
Indoor Track – Competed in the team’s only meet during the shortened indoor season … Placed 13th in the mile at the PL Indoor Challenge (2/27) with a final time of 5:37.56.
 
Outdoor Track – Focused primarily on the 5000m run during her debut season apart from one 1500m at the JMU Invitational (4/17) … Opened with an 18:24.67 performance at the Colonial Relays (4/2) to place 13th in the field … Continually dropped that time over the next two outings and closed the season with a PR of 18:08.09 to take 28th at the Patriot League Championships (4/30) ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

High School: Competed for Marietta HS under coach Jack Coleman ... PR's - 5:27 (1600m), 11:17 (3200m), 18:30 (5k XC) ... Helped lead her team to a state title in 2017 and 2018, and a second-place finish at the 2019 ... Team was also a two-time Area Champion (2017-18) ... Qualified for the 2018 NXN Regional Championship ... Two-time Second Team All-Metro.
