2020-21 (RS Senior) - Did not compete at the EIWA Championships, the program's only meet due to a COVID-shortened season... Transferred to Oregon State in April.
2019-20 (RS Junior) - Named an NWCA Honorable Mention All-American following the cancellation of the NCAA Championships due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Ranked 17th in the final NCAA Coaches Panel at 184 pounds... Went 24-8 overall and 7-5 in duals, getting half his dual wins by major decision... Posted the Eagles’ best finish at the EIWA Championships, going 4-1 overall and defeating Army’s #16 Noah Stewart in overtime to take third place... Also beat two other top-30 wrestlers at EIWAs, and lost only to #4 Lou DePrez of Binghamton... Ranked third on the team with six pins and tied for second with eight major decision victories... Has 17 pins at AU to rank 10th all-time in program history... His eight major decisions in 2019-20 are tied for ninth all-time in a single season... Started the season with 10 straight victories before a loss to #5 Hunter Bolen of Virginia Tech in the final of the Navy Classic (finished 2nd)... Won the Battle at The Citadel and the AU Round Robin... Earned an EIWA Academic Achievement Award.
2018-19 (RS Sophomore): NCAA qualifier... Went 28-11 including a 13-3 record after Jan. 12... Has six WBFs in that stretch... Went 4-2, including pair of pins, to finish fourth at the 2019 EIWAs... Only losses were to opponents ranked 6th and 11th nationally... Team-best 11 pins are tied for fifth on AU’s single-season list (tied with current assistant coach Jeric Kasunic)... His 28 victories are tied for 20th on AU’s single-season list... His 11 pins are already tied for 13th on AU’s career list... Opened season with third-place finish at Navy Classic (5-1), getting WBFs in final two bouts... Went 4-2 at Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, with one of losses coming to No. 1 Myles Martin of Ohio State... Fifth at Reno Tournament of Champions, going 4-1... Before AU - 2018 National Junior College Athletic Association National Champion for Southwest Oregon CC... Defeated Levi Perry of North Idaho, 14-9, in final after scoring 10-6 win in semis over Otis Peeler of Iowa Western... Finished with a 3.6 grade-point average at SWOCC... Wrestled for Lowell HS, where he won three Oregon state titles (sophomore, junior and senior... Team won state title in his junior season.
