Cross Country – Raced in two meets during the cross country season ... Opened with a 44th-place finish at the Johns Hopkins Kickoff Invitational (9/2) ... Hit a new 8k PR at the Jasper Fall Invitational (9/25), crossing in 28:38.30 for 61st in the field.
 
Indoor Track – Opened the season with an 18th-place finish in the 200m and a fifth-place crossing in the 4x400m at the Bison Opener (12/3) ... Picked up a pair of sixth-place finishes at the Patriot Games (1/28) in the 500m and 4x400m ... Closed the season with a fourth-place finish in the DMR (10:13.04) at the Patriot League Championships (2/26) ... Also finished seventh with the 4x400m (3:34.47).
 
Outdoor Track – Doubled up in the 400m and 4x400 to open the outdoor season at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/18) ... Closed with a 16th-place finish in the 400m dash at the Patriot League Championships (5/6).

2020-21
Cross Country – Did not compete.
 
Indoor Track – Competed in the team’s only meet during the shortened indoor season … Placed fifth in the 400m and ninth in the 200m at the PL Indoor Challenge (2/27).
 
Outdoor Track – Focused primarily on the 800m run and hit a season-best 1:58.48 at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/11) … Was also a member of the fourth place DMR at the Colonial Relays (4/2), hitting the ninth fastest time in program history with a 10:16.93 final time … Closed the season as a member of the seventh place 4x400m squad at the Patriot League Championships (4/30).

2019-20
Cross Country - Ran in three meets during his debut season as an Eagle ... Opened with at the Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals (8/30) where he placed 67th overall ... Was 67th again two weeks later at the Mason Invitational (9/13) in his debut 8000m run ... Closed with an 8k PR at the VT Alumni Invitational (9/20), finishing in 28:44.80 for 63rd in the field.

Indoor Track - Opened with a season-best performance in the 800m run at the Bison Opener (12/7), placing 3rd in the field with a final time of 1:58.22 ... Ran his lone 400m dash of the season at the VMI Winter Relays (2/7) before closing with his second 800m run at the Patriot League Championships (2/29), taking 15th overall ... Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
