2016-17 (Freshman) - Went 2-2, with both wins by major decision, at season-opening Southeast Open... Other major-decision win came with 13-3 triumph over Kelvin Awo of Wilkes at the Wilkes Open (1-2)... Had a 16-1 tech fall triumph at the National Collegiate Open (1-2), besting Ashby Diaz of Clarion... Also competed at the Wolfpack Open.

Northern Virginia CC - Attended NoVa for one year... Counted as redshirt season.

Westfield HS - Two-time state champion... Also won district and regional titles... Finished 142-33 in high school career... Second team All-Met selection twice... Two-time team captain.

Personal - Twin, Ryan, also competed for Eagles in 2016-17... Son of Wendy and Glenn Yorkdale... Majoring in finance.
