WASHINGTON - Due to inclement weather threats later in the day on Sunday, Aug 16, the American University women's soccer game at UMBC has been moved up to 1 p.m. The contest was originally scheduled for 6 p.m. It's the second game of the season for both teams.

The UMBC Retrievers are coming off a 3-1 win at Mount St. Mary's in their season opener, while the Eagles are looking for their first win after a 2-1 loss at La Salle. When American and UMBC met in D.C. last season, the game resulted in a 1-1 tie.
