BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The American University women's soccer team earned 23 spots on the 2022 Patriot League Fall Academic Honor Roll, the league office released on Tuesday.
To be eligible for an honor roll distinction, a student-athlete must have achieved a 3.20 GPA or better during the fall 2022 semester.
Leading the way for American were nine student-athletes, sophomore
Giuliana Capraro, freshman
Eliza Fisher, graduate student
Asia Horne, freshman
Avery Klingensmith, sophomore Amélie Kovacevic, freshman
Morissa Lambert, senior
Cailin Panacek, sophomore
Olivia Simmons and sophomore
Brooke Steel, who all achieved a 4.0 GPA.
Seniors
Annemarie Barbour,
Natalie Oliver,
Sylvie Prepetit,
Lena Provenzano, and Panacek were all honored for the fourth time in their careers while graduate student
Asia Horne received the honor for the fifth time in her career.
Three-time honorees included junior
Abby Dillon, senior
Lilli Marcia and senior
Ashley Molz.
Receiving the recognition for the second time in their careers were sophomores
Giuliana Capraro, Amélie Kovacevic, and
Brooke Steel.
