Smith Scores in Women's Soccer Loss at Loyola

BALTIMORE, Md. — Emily Smith scored late in the opening half of the contest, but Loyola Maryland held an early lead and won 3-1 on Wednesday evening at Ridley Athletic Complex.

Postgame Notes
  • The Greyhounds scored all three goals within a 15-minute span of the first half.
  • Loyola led 1-0 on a penalty kick goal scored by Hannah Hoefs in the 15th minute.
  • Sarah Bayer scored the second goal of the night from Kaleigh Gallagher and Hoefs.
