BETHLEHEM, Pa. - American University freshman
Jana Lee (New Providence, N.J./Summit) was able to take advantage
of a tremendous corner kick by Simone Konig (Gartringen,
Germany/School of Economics in Boblingen) to score AU's second goal
of the game at 75:09. It gave the Eagles a 2-1 victory over Patriot
League foe Lehigh. American is now 7-5-1 overall and 4-1-0 in
league play. Anabel Jimenez (Kensington, Md./Bullis) scored
American's first goal of the game after a nice lead pass from Amy

just a little more than three minutes after Lehigh had scored the
first goal of the game. Lehigh's goal was scored by Tara
Stottlemyer, who had taken a cross from Jocelyn Helwig, and came at
18:26. Overall American outshot Lehigh by just one in both shots
(13-12) and corner kicks (3-2). Lehigh had 12 fouls to just five
for the Eagles. Senior Lauren Wohl (Bel Air, Md./Bel Air/Bucknell)
