the American University women's basketball program. Lindroth
primarily works with the point guards, and also serves as the
team's academic coordinator and organizer of the guest-coach
program. She assists with recruiting and opponent scouting, and

"Erin has an energetic and enthusiastic personality," commented Head Coach Matt Corkery. "Her ability to connect with our players and potential recruits on a personal level is one of her biggest strengths. Her experience as a collegiate point guard also adds to her credibility as a coach."
Prior to coming to AU, Lindroth spent four years at Daytona Beach State College as an assistant coach. Her responsibilities included practice and game preparation, academic tutoring and counseling, scouting, recruiting, uniform and travel gear maintenance and travel arrangements. Lindroth also served in a number of roles within the athletics department, including housing coordinator and fitness center specialist.
From 1999-2001, Lindroth was a full scholarship player at Wabash Valley Jr. Community College (Ill.), and went on to be a scholarship player and earn her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management from Martin Methodist College (Tenn.) in 2004. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was an Academic All-American.
