Cross Country - Placed fourth for the Eagles in each of his six meets during the cross country season ... Crossed in seventh overall at the season-opening Mount St. Mary's 5k Duals, crossing in 15:37.40 ... Ran a new 8k PR of 25:00.60 to place 131st at the Paul Short Invitational ... Dropped his time again during the Princeton Invitational with a 24:50.30 crossing to place 39th overall ... Finished in 24th at the Patriot League Championships with a final time of 25:16.20 before closing his season with a 32:26.30 performance in the 10k at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships, placing 103rd overall.

Indoor Track - Focused primarily on the 800m run during the indoor season, opening with a new PR and the third-fastest time in program history to win the Dr. Sander Invitational in 1:52.81 ... Placed fourth at the Patriot League Championships in the event with a final time of 1:55.97.

Outdoor Track - Ran in only three races during the outdoor season ... Hit the fourth-fastest time in program history for the 800m run at the Raleigh Relays, finishing in 1:50.93 for sixth in the field ... Closed his season with an 8th-place crossing at the Patriot League Championships in the 800m (1:53.97).

Cross Country - Scored for the Eagles in each of their four meets of the season ... Opened his junior campaign at the Mount St. Mary's Duals (9/2), where he was 25th overall, fifth for the Eagles, with a 16:15.90 crossing for the 5000m course ... Timed through with a new PR in the first 6000m run of the season, crossing in 26:08.10 for 61st overall at the Panorama Farms Invitational (9/23) ... Improved on that time at the Princeton Invitational (10/15), taking 92nd overall in 25:30.30 ... Closed the season with a 66th place finish at the Patriot League Championships (10/29), fifth for AU, in 27:22.20.

Indoor Track - Had a breakout indoor season which culminated in a pair of Patriot League titles and a new school record with the men's 4x800m ... Started the season with a second-place finish at the Navy Invitational (1/14), crossing in 2:31.10 for the 1000m run ... Followed that up with a winning 800m performance at the Terrapin Invitational (1/21), crossing in 1:55.02 ... Ran his sole mile run at the Patriot Games (1/28), recording another second-place finish with a final time of 4:18.51 ... Improved on his season's best in the 800m run at the Camel City Invitational (2/3), crossing in fifth overall with a final time of 1:54.35 ... Kicked off the Patriot League Championships (2/17) with his first of two conference titles, helping guide the men's 4x800m team to a winning performance in school record fashion with a final time 7:31.30 ...  Followed that up with an individual PL title in the 800m run, memorably finishing with the third fastest time in program history (1:53.25) after losing one of his shoes midway through the race.

Outdoor Track - Continued his breakout year into the outdoor season, starting with a pair of first-place finishes ... Opened the spring with a PR performance in the 1500m run at the Maryland Invitational (3/18), leading the field in 3:51.53 ... Followed that up with yet another winning finish, this time in the Navy Invitational (3/25) 800m run, where he finished with a PR of 1:52.93 ... Cut down on that PR time a week later at the Colonial Relays (3/30), where he finished in fourth in 1:51.70 ... Helped lead the DMR squad to a fourth-place finish at the Penn Relays (4/27) with the sixth-fastest time in school history (9:55.18) ... Claimed his third Patriot League title of the year with the men's 4x800m, helping the team to a 7:34.64 crossing at the championship meet (5/5), good for the No. 8 spot on the AU all-time top ten list ... Finished in tenth as an individual at the league championship, timing through in 1:55.12 for the 800m run ... Closed the season at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier, finishing 16th in the 800m (1:53.49).

Cross Country - Raced in three meets during the cross county season ... Crossed with a season's best in the 5000m at the DCXC Invitational, taking 12th overall in 16:26.10 ... His lone 8000m of the season came at the Leopard Invitational, where he was 21st in the field (26:29.0).

Indoor Track - Started the season with a pair of 800m competitions, hitting an indoor PR of 1:56.93 to take second at the Father Diamond meet ... Was third in the mile at the Terrapin Invitational (4:16.99) ... Closed the regular season at the Armory Track Invitational, taking ninth in the 1000m field with a final crossing of 2:29.18 ... Competed in three events during the Patriot League Championships, finishing third with the DMR squad (10:01.47), fifth with the 4x800m (7:35.05), and eighth as an individual in the mile with a new PR of 4:15.94.

Outdoor Track - Did not compete.

Indoor Track - Kicked off his AU career as a member of the first-place DMR squad at the Navy Invitational (10:18.91) ... Was third across the line in the 800 at the Terrapin Invitational, crossing in 1:57.03 ... Finished 13th overall at the Armory Track Invitational, timing through in 2:28.27 for 1000m ... Closed his season at the Patriot League Championships, taking third with the DMR squad (10:04.11) and fifth with the 4x800m (7:37.16).

Outdoor Track - Started the season as a member of the second-place 4x800m team at the Coach O Coastal Carolina Invitational (8:00.80) ... Was 13th in the 1500m at the Maryland Invitational ... Ran a 1500m PR at the Colonial Relays, finishing 35th overall in 4:00.85 ... Focused primarily on the 800m run during the final part of the season, hitting a top time of 1:53.29 to take 22nd at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier. 

North Rockland HS - Purdy holds five school records at North Rockland and was the NYSPHSAA and Federation 1,000 meter champion, ranking third all-time in New York, top 25 in the nation and second in the U.S. in 2014 in the event. He qualified for the Millrose Games and ran at the cross country Federation Meet during his freshman and senior years. Purdy was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished second at the NYSPHSAA and was named Journal News Scholar-Athlete and Athlete of the Year. Purdy earned varsity letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track, helping lead North Rockland to fifth in the state in cross country and the league, county and sectional championships in indoor and outdoor track, the Triple-Triple Crown, in 2013 and 2014.
